And the actual price of the services provided. The first point is difficult to assess because he addressed the essentially trivial task of replacing the battery. There was no point in buying screwdrivers and a mat for a one-time task. I had to contact the service.
And then there were questions about quality and professionalism, because the service specialist actually said look for yourself and order a battery. After that, come with the purchased replacement consumables. In my opinion, the search for replacement parts should still be included in the services of the service company. I should have contacted another company at this stage, but I was bribed by the positive feedback on this service. Plus, I hoped that maybe the repair issue could be resolved faster (especially if the service specialist promised to change the battery in my presence).
And then a huge number of questions immediately arise on the remaining points.
1) the working time for these specialists is a very conditional concept. On the day when I brought the replacement part along with the device, the service door was simply closed. There was no sign indicating the approximate time when the point would start working, and no one responded to the phone call. As a result, they replied in a telegram that they needed to wait and the manager would return soon. As a result, the manager accepted the equipment and promised to give feedback on the replacement. On the next business day, the feedback was indeed given. But the price was announced, 2-3 times higher than the average market price. Frankly speaking, at this point it was just a pity for the time spent and I didn't want to go to the second round, so the work was agreed with the hope that the work would actually take place promptly. As a result, when there was no feedback on the equipment until the evening of the next day, I had to write myself. Of course, it was not possible to receive a prompt response, despite the fact that the message was sent during business hours. instead, the response was received at nine o'clock in the evening, where the specialist first began to prove that they had not received consent to the work (despite the fact that it was in the message above). When these "specialists" were told that in this case they just need to prepare the equipment for delivery. Suddenly, it turned out that the equipment was already ready, and they did have an agreement. And that I can pick up the equipment, of course, but not at any time during business hours, but only by prior arrangement "by appointment". At the same time, when trying to write to the service center and sign up for this mythical record, the answer did not arrive for almost 5 hours. Despite the fact that the status showed that the contact periodically went online.
As a result:
1) quality and professionalism are difficult to judge, but the part of the service that should definitely be included in the cost of work, in the end, you have to do it yourself.
2) Customer relations are just terrible 2 out of 10 for the first time in years I have encountered a business with such a terrifying communication style, problems with internal organization and an unusually free attitude towards work schedules
3) the price is, with all of the above, a fierce overprice. I don't know what happened since the previous positive reviews. Perhaps the composition or the policy as a whole has changed. But for all those who are looking, I recommend trying any other service center, if you need an adequate assessment of services and an adequate attitude towards customers
