Horrible service!!!
It’s second time we are visiting this place the problems are the same.
Thy don’t ha e coffee in the rooms
Water is only being updated after 3PM
The cottage called room doesn’t even ha e a kitchen a small one.
The reception is not working properly they are not friendly and they never help with any kind of issues.
In addition the WIFI DEVICE IN OUR cottage was not working they didn’t even fixed that for 3 days.
The 2 tubes were leaking in the showers.
The pool was dirty and of course not working!!!

A great place with very friendly staff and, most importantly, customer-oriented!
We were here for 2 days, we rented a suite. We will definitely come back again.
There is parking, pets are allowed, and a playpen was offered for the child.
Delicious cuisine - we took 2 types of kebabs, salad and snacks. Breakfast is also normal, just like everywhere else in Armenia.
The room had everything that was basic.
I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was brought to our room in advance, as we had an early check-out.
The only thing is, do not rush to the reception if you do not have hot water. You just need to be patient and wait for the hot water to reach your room)

We stayed here for 4 days and will definitely come back again. Beautiful well-groomed territory, delicious homemade breakfast, clean room, and most importantly attentive staff, they responded promptly to any request. We were vacationing with a small child and the staff helped us in every possible way when difficult situations arose with the baby. Very kind and good people. Be sure to visit this hotel if you are vacationing in Dilijan

The best family guesthouse I've ever been to in Dilijan!
Excellent, professional and helpful staff.
The room is cozy and clean. Great view. Ample parking.

A wonderful guest house in the paradise of Dilijan. If you want to forget and relax, then you are here. Very courteous staff, Marisha cooked us a delicious breakfast, it is included in the price, I definitely recommend this wonderful place❤❤❤❤❤there is sooo much food,☝️

Такое месторасположение у гостиницы, просто красота😇 и готовят очень 😋 вкусно и территория ухоженная, красивая, даже есть небольшой бассейн, где можно уединиться и погрузиться в тишину)))
Гостиница маленькая, очень уютная. Единственное, что не понравилось, так это их стандартные номера: очень маленькие, только на одного рассчитаны, с двумя чемоданами не разместиться; в санузлах в душевой кабине нет закрывающей двери в кабине, из-за этого вся вода текла на пол, на кафель, а оттуда в коридор. Это ужасно🙈
Очень душно в номере.
Мы брали два стандарта, один себе, другой детям. И там была такая же точно проблема. Поменять не смогли, так как всё было занято на тот момент.
Из-за этого только одну ночь остались. Были бы номера другие, ещё бы побыли там.
Бронируйте сразу номера комфортные, большие. Они хорошие)))

Номера очень хорошие, с удобствами. Неплохой ресторан с видовой террасой на территории. Отдыхали большой компанией, очень приятно, что в номера разрешили взять посуду из ресторана (даже штопор дали). Но постельного белья изначально было меньше, чем заявлено спальных мест, пришлось просить дополнительные. Утюгов в номерах также нет. Гладили вещи в общей прачечной (изначально договаривались, что погладит сотрудник, но в итоге пришлось самим.) Территории у комплекса практически нет, так что можно будет посидеть за столом возле номера, а вот погулять по территории не выйдет. А вот виды с территории прекрасны. Настоящие сказочные пейзажи, которые видно с террасы домика. В целом место понравилось.

I liked the view of the mountains from the hotel.
I didn't like the indifferent attitude of the staff.
The cottage was very dirty, unwashed floors, watermelon seeds on the floor from previous guests, dirty plumbing.Stains and hair on the bed linen.
Terrible sewer smell in all 4 toilets.
Broken furniture and plumbing.
Meager and tasteless breakfasts that start only at 10.00.Upon arrival, the staff warned that if it rains heavily, then serve the restaurant (it costs separately) They won't be able to.
The area in front of the hotel is also poorly cleaned.

A great location, a good restaurant with panoramic views of the Aghstef River and the UWC school, an outdoor pool and a good sauna. That's about it.

I didn't like it very much. The rooms are dirty. Everything killed. I do not recommend it. Maybe, of course, I was unlucky with the number, but I think that if the owners keep an eye on their object, then it should be good everywhere.
On the plus side, a normal breakfast.

Страшное местоположение, абсолютное бездорожье. Неподготовленный и необученный персонал. Не рекомендую!!!
