We were put in a supposedly nice room with a view of the children's slides, a nearby hotel, a side view of the sea in one direction, and the road in the other. Everything would be fine if the windows of the hotel had at least some kind of noise insulation, since the neighboring Merian Hotel plays music so loudly every day from 21:00 that even earplugs do not help. This is such a minus right away that we won't come 100% anymore, it's not a vacation if you can't get enough sleep. And during the day, the barbecue of the same hotel smokes so much that it is impossible to go out on the balcony. The hotel managers could somehow come to an agreement.
Next in order.
Cleaning: none. They forget to replenish the minibar until you ask, the bedding from two beds was changed in 8 nights on only one, the floor on the balcony was never washed at all, not even swept, shampoos / gels / napkins are not reported, the only thing they do is change towels.
Room: the mattress on the bed is very hard, there are no feather beds on the mattress, the pillows are tolerable, there is a spare one in the closet; the air conditioner works well; there is a free safe; the minibar with water, beer, and lemonades is replenished once a day (or rather, they should be replenished); the water pressure in the shower is good.
Food: the food is delicious, there is always a choice, but compared to Kirman Sidemarin (it was 2 years ago) it is not so enchanting, when there was a Turkish night, it was just an extravaganza, music, dancers at the entrance to the restaurant, everything is beautiful, solemn. There is no one here, they just hung a flag and a little more national dishes. For breakfast, there were, for example, 5-6 types of juice, here one was orange. We visited the ala kart restaurant "The Sea", I was also disappointed, not much and not very tasty. Again, I compare it with Kirman Sidemarin, the seafood restaurant there was just incredible.

We had a rest this year (2023). The hotel is lovely, everything is at 5+ level. A family-friendly hotel, if you want to hang out and dance until the morning, you are not here))) The service is good, everything is cleaned everywhere, the rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels are always provided, bathroom accessories are supplemented. The bar in the room is replenished every day. Nice hotel. We chose on the advice of friends and never regretted that we chose Kirman Sidera. Standard room with pool view and side sea view, one double and one single bed. The mattress is very comfortable. The mini-bar was replenished daily, with beer, mineral water, water, fanta, cola and juice. There was a kettle, tea and instant coffee. The room is spacious, there are chairs and a table on the balcony.
The hotel has its own beach, as well as a large pier with a bar and separate gazebos with a refrigerator, sofas and a Jacuzzi, where you can relax with the company.There is also a water park and a spa center. The food is varied, delicious, and themed dinners are held periodically. I especially liked the novelty of this season, breakfast at the ala-kart restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel from 27.09 to.04.10.22. Advantages: the first line, a beautiful building, varied food, normal cleaning (I did not look under the bed). The area is clean. Cons: curtains in the room can be washed. the territory is not large, there is nowhere to walk, however, there is also nowhere behind the hotel. To the left is the river and the mall (a market of shops under the roof), to the right you will go - a number of hotels and another mall with the same. There is a steppe and a steppe across the road. The restaurant has been serving drinks for quite a long time. Champagne was served more than once in wine glasses and completely exhausted... This is certainly not a 5*. In general, the hotel gives the impression of being tired or something. It doesn't seem to be old, the plumbing is decent, but the tiles on the street are cracked in places, they are repaired immediately with appropriate sounds. The beach is pebbly, it gets deep quite abruptly. For small children and those who cannot swim, this is a problem. There were always enough sun beds. There are children's and adult water parks, open on schedule. In the evenings there is a show, a funny thematic amateur performance. Then they invite you to move to the pool bar. There's karaoke or bingo, or live music of terrifying quality. The bravest or the drunkest dance. In general, I do not regret the money spent, but I will not go to this hotel anymore. And the sea was wonderful)))

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
We were in September, the sea is clean and warm. Delicious food. Polite waiters, staff.
Cleaning was done every day. Only the towels were changed. The bed linen is not changed. When checking in, I noticed a hair on the pillowcase of one pillow, it was not very pleasant, of course I did not sleep on it.
There is Wi-Fi on site, which works great even on the beach. The sea is nearby, on the territory of the hotel. Animations were held every evening. A large swimming pool. The hotel grounds are beautiful, everything is clean.
Alcohol is not delicious😀take something with you.

We rested from 07/28/12 to 08/12/12.
We stopped by at 21.00, met a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, settled in quickly, the kitchen works around the clock, you can have a snack at any time. We left at 6.00 and also ate.

And the humidity is high, the towels do not dry at night, they remain wet.

Delicious cuisine, changes every day, live music at the entrance of the restaurant. Ice cream show for kids.
It is very important for children to have their own kitchen, tables, for infants there are food mixes and canned purees in a special refrigerator, microwave, blender, children's dishes.
A separate playhouse, you can leave the child and there they will be engaged with him, a children's water park and a swimming pool, discos.
In a word, the hotel is all inclusive and everything is there (you do not need to pay extra), that you do not want to go outside.
It's clean, there are a lot of staff, there is always help.

Not another foot!
On day 3, they came down with rotovirus! Unsanitary conditions in the main restaurant are tin!
On the first day while sleeping, the air conditioner flooded the floor of the room (solved the problem in half an hour, do not hesitate to write to the admin)! Room cleaning is average, the bed is made, the mugs are washed and done! Gray washed towels sometimes with holes (there was a case that pasta got caught in a towel!)
Somewhere on day 4 already knew where what dishes are in the restaurant, every day everything is identical! There were theme nights! Oh yeah...Seafood praised by all in the reviews, were 2 times in 13 days...the guys had oysters! but!! 15 pieces....closed and no one opened them! The shrimps are beautiful, but they didn't even come in with beer, the dry ones are terribly overcooked! Little crayfish from the word sooooo small! Tuna lay beautifully, big fish as an ornament, yes! But in fact, one small baked...we didn't get it!

Alcohol in bars is good!

The hotel does not meet the stated concept and level!
Definitely the worst vacation of my life. We stayed from 30.06.2023 to 06.06.2023. The check-in was later, and we were well received. The hotel is beautiful from the outside, it's the only thing they spent money on. The hotel does not fully comply with the stated concept of Signature, there are no assistants who should help you, no service at the pools and on the beach, almost complete absence of animation and its extremely low level, there are no cocktail parties. The food is like in a 3-star hotel in Egypt, even worse. There is really nothing to eat. Themed dinners were not available as advertised. Of the fruits, only green watermelons and smelly melons with sour oranges. No fish, no shrimp, no steaks, no meat, no soups, no cherries, no strawberries, very few side dishes. It's not a restaurant, it's worse than a canteen. It is constantly dirty, there are no appliances. The food quality is TERRIBLE. On the 2nd day, I was poisoned, I lay in the room for 1.5 days. It's a complete deception and disappointment! I've been eating pasta with tea for 5 days because I was afraid!
The ala kart fish restaurant is a SEPARATE SHAME FOR THIS WHOLE COMPANY!
p.s. a beautiful wrapper, but inside it is a COMPLETE DECEPTION! Guys, don't get fooled by the beautiful reviews and YouTube! We have been choosing a hotel for a long time, studying! We rested from 09/12/2022 to 09/21/2022 Comparing with other hotels. It doesn't look like a super ultra. The territory is small. You can't really take a walk. There is no baking, you can say. I stayed at the hotel with my mother and brother for 12 years for 14 days from 08/20. to 03.09. 2022. We have been vacationing in Turkey for 6 times, before that we visited 3 4 and 5 star class hotels. The hotel was chosen based on the location on the first line, the availability of slides and an ultra all-inclusive system with a wider choice of alcohol than (whiskey Cola, etc.), and I can say with confidence that we did not lose the choice at all. The price justifies the quality! So, I'll start in order, and try to write succinctly, but briefly.
The first thing I would like to note is the CHECK-in and the work of the RECEPTION. For the first time during my vacation, I understood the meaning of the phrase "the receptionist is the face of the hotel." We arrived at the hotel around 15.00, and were greeted by a very friendly girl, Zemfira. I immediately put on the bracelets, briefly told about the concept, offered to go for a meal, and when we returned, we were immediately settled. I recommend encouraging this employee as a representative of the hotel, she always talks to visitors with a smile, and is very likeable. All our minimal problems were solved thanks to her.
Number. The rooms are clean and renovated. We had 518, a side view of the sea and the neighboring hotel, which was closed for the duration of our stay. Upon check-in, all toiletries from shampoo to body lotion are replenished as they are used. Mini bar: water, beer, fanta, cola, juice, chips and waffle, also replenished periodically. There is a kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Since the hotel is focused more on the foreign contingent - from the Russian TV channels "Russia 1" and "Russia 24". The air conditioner with a central system worked great. The cleaning is good.

The people who wrote in the reviews below that there was nothing to eat, apparently meant that the choice of food every day is so wide that then you just don't know what you want to eat at all, since you've already tried everything. Breakfast is standard: pancakes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelets, boiled eggs, cereals, vegetables, cheeses, sausages, buns - all in variety. Lunch is served both in the main restaurant and in the snack bar. Yes, perhaps there will be a richer choice in the snack, you can make a hamburger, pasta is cooked with you (this has been noticed in general in recent days), but in the main restaurant the choice is not worse. Soups, vegetables (boiled and salads), rice, spaghetti, meat, fish, fruits. We ate mostly, because although the fans are working outside, we wanted coolness after the scorching sun. Dinners are themed almost every day. In 2 weeks, only Turkish and maritime were completely repeated. For dinner, the food is in great abundance, in my opinion. We tried past the daily standard dishes: sushi, tacos, foil-baked potatoes, crayfish, crabs, oysters. On the day of the seafood dinner, I would like to mention the gorgeous tempura mussels. Sushi is also good. Mussels were enjoyed almost every day as cold snacks. shrimp and tuna. Boiled shrimp for dinner was about once every two days. Fruits include apples, pears, delicious melons and sweet watermelons, juicy peaches, nectarines and plums, figs. I've seen pineapples, kiwis, grapefruits, oranges several times. There were enough strawberries at the fruit fest. Every day as decorations for desserts. Desserts, I want to note, are also excellent, and varied. Ice cream almost every day. In the afternoon in packages, for dinner in balloons. There are also geslime and Viennese waffles during the day. We visited Italian a la carte, in the middle of a vacation. They had already eaten everything, and the portions were so large that it was difficult to master everything. But the quality of the food is excellent again. We met a family who went to Japanese (we were delighted with sushi), and to fish (it is located near the sea, and it's a little dark to eat there, due to poor lighting, we were also satisfied with the dishes.
territory. It is not huge, compact, but as many write, it is really very well planned. The main pool is made so that small children can splash around its edges in some places. A small separate children's pool with fungus. Although the sun beds were sometimes occupied in the morning, they were rarely empty without vacationers. Free ones could be found at any time, it's just a matter of their location. An aqua park area with its own bar. Slides are separate for children, separate for adults. But even the adults were slipping off the nursery. Adult slides worked all 6. There are faster and slower ones. I liked the slide "toilet bowl", and the one with which we rode on the "buns". But by the end of the rest, there were only 3 buns left, since the rest (double) had been stolen. There are almost no queues on the slides. Maximum of 2-3 people. And usually it's one family or friends.
drinks. A large selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, which the younger one really liked (milkshakes, iced coffee, non-alcoholic interpretation of pina colada and mojito, etc.). I can't say anything about the quality of alcohol, I'm not picky. But we liked everything. There are signs with codes at the tables to enter the menu. The lobby bar is 24/7. The pool bar and the pier are also open almost until very late. A couple of times we came across a situation where mint for mojitos, champagne and bottled beer were running out (mostly after lunch), the situation was immediately corrected the next day. The lobby usually had everything, and the choice was quite wide. Packaged juices (not yuppies), freshly squeezed orange for breakfast and lunch.
beach. Pebbly. This moment never bothered us, but of course it was a little more pleasant to go in from the pier. The sea is clean and warm (at least by lunch - always). Several times the water temperature was in layers (cooler from above), these are all the tricks of the river, which is located through a couple of hotels. We went for a walk, it's interesting to watch how the two currents merge. Sunbeds on the pier in the middle of the day are a little more difficult to find. On the beach - no problem. There are almost always waves, but small ones. Only for a couple of days the sea raged violently.
animation. The guys are giving their best. The animation is active, but not intrusive. If you want, join us. Everyone is welcome. Morning exercises, trix, trampolines, darts, aqua aerobics, belly dancing, zumba, step aerobics, water polo (noticed a couple of times), volleyball. The pool games were 4 times. 2 times we got to the foam party in the pool, 2 times to the disco on the pier. There are quite interesting shows in the evenings every day. Even before the disco there is a small flyboard show on the pier. In the mini-club, two girls and a guy who lights up at a mini-disco every day are also great fellows. Our youngest ran in there a couple of times with a friend, playing playstation. Contests are also organized for children, and they are awarded in the evening. Of the animators, I will probably single out Melika separately, she is just a huge lighter, and being a Turkish woman, she speaks Russian wonderfully. The only problem, but not a catastrophic one, was that all the activities and shows were announced in most foreign languages, in Russian a little less often. But I won't call it a minus.
staff. Friendly. They almost always smile. The waiters in the restaurant clean everything promptly, and are always ready to provide drinks. On the territory for the particularly lazy, drinks are delivered by guys on roller skates. In the lobby bar, very nice girls will also always ask if you need to bring something.
other. The Internet is all over the territory, we caught great everywhere and on all devices. The exception is the amphibian (there may be a silencer, the signal was periodically interrupted during the evening shows) The hotel has a spa center, a gym with new exercise equipment, and small markets. A five-minute walk to the left of the hotel there is a small bazaar. To the right is Soho bazaar, further away, but bigger, and a little further away is Alara bazaar. A free bus runs to it from the hotel periodically. Prices are almost like in hotel markets, the only thing is that there is more choice.
The hotel is international. A large number of Germans, Turks, and Russians rested about 30-40 percent. By the end of our vacation, Russian tourists had significantly increased.
In conclusion, I will say that we were more than satisfied with the quality of the rest. The expectations were justified, and in some moments even exceeded. Would I have come back? Definitely, yes. Kirman on our beloved coast has conquered our heart!

Learn English and Kazakh)))) they understand each other. The food is delicious, but they have something wrong with seafood, many have fallen ill after a sea evening in a restaurant.
