Wonderful hospitable staff (a lot of Russian speakers), funny and active animators, a lot of entertainment events and contests with rewards in the form of medals. The food is varied, delicious, as well as a huge selection of drinks, including alcoholic ones! Its own large beach with a pier where there are always free sun beds. Wonderful pools for both adults and children. The water slides were also very pleased, they are also for different ages. The evening shows are beyond praise. I definitely recommend it because 100% 5-star ultrik!!!

The pier is excellent, there is a bar, sun beds and paid pavilions with a Jacuzzi. Alcohol is diverse, there are also imported, but most of it is local. Bartenders make cool cocktails in beautiful glasses (Margarita, Daiquiri, Aperol syringe, Negroni, etc.) will especially try if they tip. There is bottled beer ephesus, backes, Beaumont. Food breakfast and lunch are the same every day. They don't know how to cook porridge at all, they just pour milk over the porridge. The dinners are varied. Crayfish, shrimp, oysters, mutton, trout, dorado, etc. The oysters are strange, they were boiled one day, and raw the other, but probably not fresh, because they were poisoned (we sin against them). The hotel is wonderful. I really liked that on the official website there is an opportunity to view and get acquainted with all the hotels of the Kirman chain using virtual reality. The territory is well-groomed and beautiful, but, unfortunately, compact, there was nowhere to walk. The room is spacious and pretty, cleaning was done every day, towels and bathroom accessories were updated. The mini-bar was replenished regularly. I would like to note separately that, at our request, our room was changed without any questions. The personal manager always answered all your questions quickly on WhatsApp in Russian. By the way, an iron is not provided in the room. We stayed at the hotel during our honeymoon. The concept promised a decorated room, champagne, a plate of fruit and a romantic cake. None of this happened😀 Only after the travel agent's reminder, a plate of fruit was brought to our room. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and the waiters cleaned everything quickly. A huge selection of various food, everything is very tasty. There are a lot of sweets. The pool is huge. The beach was always free, there were a lot of free sun loungers. Each sunbed has a QR code with which you can order drinks and snacks. It's very convenient! The evening show was every day, we never missed it, it was interesting. We rented a car twice. The first time through a company that was found independently, the second time through a hotel. I recommend searching on your own. Firstly, the choice of cars will be bigger, secondly cheaper, and thirdly faster. The man drove the car directly to the hotel and picked it up there. We had to go somewhere from the hotel with a man who did not understand anything in Russian and already got a car there (not new and the air conditioner did not work). Overall, I really liked the hotel. Emotions are only positive. I would love to visit other hotels of the Kirman chain!💙
