An excellent historical museum.
I like to visit such museums in the cities I visit.
The museum building is located on the spacious central square of Bishkek next to the equestrian statue of Manas and the huge flag of Kyrgyzstan.
The exhibition is located on three floors and illustrates all the historical epochs of Kyrgyzstan: from the Stone Age to the present.
With great interest, you can explore the department of archaeology, which contains unique exhibits that show how closely the cultures of ancient peoples who lived on the territory of the modern state intertwined: tools, weapons and armor, handicraft products, art objects.
Much attention is also paid to the culture of the Kyrgyz people: among the exhibits are a national costume, a life-size yurt, carpets and much more.
The exhibition ends with a modern period of the country's development.
I was very pleased with the visit, I want to return to the museum again in the future.
It is a must for all tourists and residents of Kyrgyzstan!
A beautiful spacious museum on 3 floors with unique exhibits.
The impression is grandiose
Take a guided tour (about 2 hours , excusers who know the history perfectly )
or an audio guide.
Located on the central square of the capital, we watched the changing of the guard of honor at the national flag.
Nearby there is a park with attractions and a Ferris wheel, the main government buildings and attractions .
We were on a sightseeing tour, separately the next day - in this museum.
I recommend it for 1000 %
