The cinema is beautiful... such a huge monumental Empire style building… it could still please the audience, but it not only does not function, it is abandoned... it is such a pity, because it could be the pearl of Gagra... and the location is excellent right in front of the colonnade with access to the sea... there is garbage inside, everything is covered with graffiti... although the remnants of luxury, stucco are still visible... I really want to hope for the restoration of this beautiful monument, and now it stands alone, guarded only by two golden sad lions....

There is beautiful nature around, fresh air, and great hospitality, but the cinema and similar buildings are in extremely poor condition... It is a pity that there are not enough funds to restore them after the war... There are also many private abandoned housing developments...

From the outside, the cinema looks completely in the style of the "Stalinist Empire", pompous and "antique". The exterior of the building has been well renovated, unlike many public places in Abkhazia. This cinema is located opposite the famous colonnade and the embankment, so stopping for a photo shoot in this location, you kill three birds with one stone.))
