A good breakfast, tables are on the patio between the trees. Very cool. The hotel is not new. If you are used to Hilton, Marriott, rixos, etc. then you probably won't like it here. But if you are unassuming, then a great place, the rooms are all there, clean. In general, a nice small hotel.
