The first purchase was the metta su-1-bk office chair, bought in installments for 3 months. We were satisfied with the purchase. The second time we applied for the purchase of the l110 table, since there were no samples of the countertop in the city of Mogilev, we had to bring the whole table, and if we didn't like it, we could easily refuse to buy it. They forgot to ship the table to Mogilev. But the operator called, apologized and offered to urgently send it to the city by courier service. Since the table was "not on fire" for us, we decided to wait another week. The table came, we liked it and we bought it. The third purchase was to be halmar 332 kitchen chairs. The consultant did not know the price, he said he would call back and silence. They called back 3 days later. As a result, we ordered it from another place, since the price of one chair was 22 rubles more expensive, and we needed 4.

They told me to wait for the master from 9 to 17. The master's number is not given for communication, you need to sit and wait a day for the master to arrive. One-star service. We ordered a table, arrived a week later. It turned out to be defective, there was a scratch on the floor of the table and it did not work out completely when laid out. The service center explained that the template most likely flew off in production, they offered to redo it myself, or wait for a replacement. She refused to do anything, we are waiting for a replacement, a month has passed, they feed us breakfast every week and it is not known when the replacement will arrive. I will not order anything else in this store.
