The service leaves much to be desired: the constant postponement of deliveries for completely different reasons (the product did not arrive, the defect in the warehouse, the wrong thing will be delivered, etc.). If you have paid for the purchase and are waiting for the order at the designated time, then you may well not be warned that this position was not on the in the warehouse (due to marriage), no one will call. I have to figure it out myself.

I am writing a review so that the management will pay attention to the work of their managers with clients.
We saw a suitable model of a desk on the site, I wrote to Margarita's manager in telegram to find out the address of the store where it is available on display.
We arrived at the specified address, there is no table available.
A responsive consultant girl found out that the table turns out to be located at another point of the store, booked it for us. Thank you for her work!
There was no apology or suggestion from Margarita's manager to resolve the situation.
She never double-checked the information she provided to us, and it was only thanks to a consultant in the store that we found out where there was a table.
Why is the client's time not appreciated? I'm ready to buy, but I'm faced with a disgusting service!

I want to share my experience with this so-called company. It all started with the fact that we came to their salon, succumbing to a large amount of furniture. The goal is simple: 4 kitchen chairs of a certain color of material and frame. We were offered an option that was not exactly what we wanted, but specifically instead of a "microfibre" leatherette. Spring 2024. 4 chairs were brought, 2 of them were cut. I'll attach a photo. It's impossible not to notice it by accident, I'm sure they wanted to push it off. It didn't work out, and thank God, velour chairs in the kitchen with children are a problem on your head, they added 2 in the rooms and ... We ordered, taking into account the bitter experience, one kitchen chair, again gray leatherette. If you liked it, I would have ordered more, as I knew. The chair would be defective, it would not be replaced or repaired under warranty. Then it's more fun. I'm ordering 3 other chairs, as you guessed, grey leatherette, sturdy construction, reliable manufacturer, 1.5 months of waiting, and... at the last moment, 1.5 months later, they offer to pick up my chairs in black. No? There are cheaper similar Chinese ones. Take it. Delivery with assembly is scheduled from 18 to 22. At 21 o'clock, the driver calls and says he can bring the chairs after!!!!! 23 hours. Naturally, it was sent for tomorrow, and tomorrow it turned out that... attention... The chairs cannot be assembled because they are defective. People, if you respect yourself and your time, don't mess with this under-company. They've opened a huge salon, but in fact they're offering Chinese food at crazy prices, and they don't even know what they're selling.

After two weeks of waiting, there was again no information about when my order would arrive, after I once again called the manager myself, I was told that literally tomorrow the table would be in the store and the day after tomorrow it could be delivered. Hallelujah! The table arrived in mid-October, it was ordered in August, there are no assembly instructions in the kit, there are also questions about the quality of the parts, one of the supports is rusty, fortunately, this is the bottom and it will not be visible. I ordered two gaming chairs for myself and my girlfriend (not cheap).

Both of them replied that there would be an order by the end of August and would contact me before delivery. Time passed, no one contacted me on my order. I called several times myself and was interested. I was told that I was not aware of the situation. I asked you to tell the salon manager to contact me on the order. No result. The staff at the phone number on the website and the salon manager showed a disregard attitude. I used to buy chairs from the salon and everything went smoothly. 2 months have passed, Vladislav called (this is how I recorded it) and the next day there was a delivery, as agreed. Vladislav and the courier are great guys!There are no complaints on all other points except those described above.
