She: - we always do with ourselves! The wait will be 25 minutes, will you wait?! (Rolling his eyes again)
I was the only one standing at the shawarma, there was no queue)
We gave the order in 10 minutes)
The shawarma is very tasty! And the girl is not pleasant at the maximum!
I want to wish the girl to find a job she likes, so as not to stand with a dissatisfied face and do nothing to help her choose. Or learn how to communicate with customers, since customers pay a po to an employee! I won't come back a second time if I see her in the window))

Terrible service, I called on the phone, made an order, clarified that I was allergic to pepper, a young man named Ivan promised on the phone that everything would be fine. Upon arrival for the order, I asked again for sure if there was pepper, which was not very pleasant, saying that of course I'm not a fool. As soon as I left and tried it, it turned out that there was pepper there, I called, another girl answered, and said come on, we'll redo it for you, we'll make a discount, sorry. Upon arrival at the place, the same Ivan started being rude again. I abandoned a complaint book, to which the answer was I don't have a pen and these are not my problems. The service is just terrible, the staff does not know how to communicate and conduct a dialogue with no customer orientation.

I bought a spicy and hit of the summer for the child, the shawarma is very tasty. Everything is in moderation, sauce, vegetables, meat. Vegetables are cut into pieces, it's nice to eat, even a child who doesn't like vegetables ate everything. Mogilev definitely has the most delicious shawarma!!!

If you don't want to get poisoned, I wouldn't recommend this place. I made an order through Yandex. Food, and the shawarma came with this composition. There is more chicken skin than meat, and the meat does not understand how long and how it was stored, because it is already in the form of dried breadcrumbs. Stone lavash, meat is just coals, and not of the best quality. My advice: if you want shawarma, spend 3 minutes on the route to any other institution, you will not regret it.
