We used to take shawarma here and liked everything. Today we noticed that instead of lavash, shawarma is now cooked in a tortilla. Interestingly, we decided to try it.
The tortilla is very thin, and it started to get soaked from the ton of sauce. Inside was not a filling with sauce, but some kind of soup. There's also something strange about the 1000 islands sauce: it doesn't taste like anything at all, as if they forgot to add salt. Tasteless soup in a tortilla that has started to get soggy. Outright disappointment(
Terrible service, I called on the phone, made an order, clarified that I was allergic to pepper, a young man named Ivan promised on the phone that everything would be fine. Upon arrival for the order, I asked again for sure if there was pepper, which was not very pleasant, saying that of course I'm not a fool. As soon as I left and tried it, it turned out that there was pepper there, I called, another girl answered, and said come on, we'll redo it for you, we'll make a discount, sorry. Upon arrival at the place, the same Ivan started being rude again. I abandoned a complaint book, to which the answer was I don't have a pen and these are not my problems. The service is just terrible, the staff does not know how to communicate and conduct a dialogue with no customer orientation.
Shawarma that nada!
The place itself is suitable for weddings, anniversaries, various banquets! There is a cabaret and roulette, for whom this is not enough, you can jump on the Horse attraction
