A horn coffee maker was given for repair. They promised to call back within 3 days and report the result of the defect. Three days later, we started calling and asking ourselves, we were fed breakfast, told stories about moving, etc. Then they called back and said it was broken. We refused to repair it, because the office with the big name did not inspire confidence. We just wanted to pick up the coffee maker, and they started telling us again that as soon as the master would assemble it, we would contact you. Naturally, we didn't get a call...The spouse stopped by and picked up the equipment. Conclusion: terrible service, boorish staff (the girl who answered the phone), wasted their time
