A great, small hotel. Good location. Polite staff, communicate in English, Russian, Georgian. Good repair in the rooms, new furniture, clean. There is a kitchen for cooking with dishes, stove, microwave. But, there is no parking for cars, you can put a couple of cars along the wall of the hotel.

A nice hotel with a wonderful view and interior. Modern rooms, good breakfasts, a great place to cook, friendly staff. The center of the old town is a 30-minute walk away.
