The only plus is the normal, polite staff (girls on the floors and reception, special respect to Faina Vasilyevna). Cockroaches, shabby interior. There was no cold water for two days. The woman who cooks breakfast has never arrived on time. The last straw was that they wanted to evict us after two days, although they initially settled for five days. They explained that a delegation of foreign athletes was coming and they needed to be settled somewhere. Are we not human? I had to fight with the management and defend my rights.
I give five stars only to the staff !!!
That's really kind and helpful people!!!
The hotel itself froze in the 80-90 years of the last century, and in a very used form
They didn't spend the night.
We moved to the next hotel
A hotel that is worth going to when there are absolutely no options. The rooms still have the atmosphere of the Soviet Union. More often, "chess players" are settled - couples who have nowhere to "do this".
from the foreground, it was well finished,
there is a terrible smell in the dining room, so hon tea works nearby, in summer it is good, but in winter it is not important to eat outside!!!
