A great hotel right on the beach! The rooms are spacious and clean! Polite and helpful staff! Varied and delicious food! Thank you so much for a great stay at your hotel!!

The hotel itself is wonderful, everything is very nice, delicious, BUT‼️
We were given beach towels and tourists from our hotel came up and brazenly took our towels from our chaise longue while we were swimming, literally for half an hour.
We went to the reception for 3 days in a row and for three days they did not want to solve our problem and demanded money from us for towels.
If we had lost them or left them somewhere ourselves, we would have paid, but this is the beach of the hotel and the tourists of this hotel who took our towels and why should we pay?
When we left the hotel, we were still shown cameras where we observe that these are tourists from this hotel who take our towels and the hotel refuses to resolve the issue with them, continuing to demand money from us.
We solved the issue for about 3 hours, on principle. As a result, they simply turned around and left, 5 men surrounded us and did not let us out.
Should we also bathe with towels? So that no one steals them .
On other beaches, there is also 1 coastline, even in the neighboring Orange Hotel, security functions and monitors what is happening on the beaches.
I just want to say that we are vacationers — we come to relax, in comfort and safety, where the hotel staff should accompany the solution of issues, and not demand every penny without understanding. Service 0. We would never want to get into a similar hotel with such terrible service again.
Also before that, on this beach, a local Vietnamese stole a wallet with all the cards and money from our chaise longue. The wallet was brought to us by the staff, but without money. And by the way, there are no safes in the rooms, so we carried all the money with us. The service is just terrible. Thieves and cheaters , they don 't want to figure anything out !!!
