We had a rest in Kemer, Turkey. I really liked this company. Starting with the welcoming guide Seraphim. An excellent guide, told a lot of interesting things about Turkey itself and about excursions, gave good introductory notes. We rested at the Cheng resort beach spa from 09/14/24-09/20/2024. At first everything was great , the transfer to the hotel was good , the guide who escorted to the hotel was generally a great guy , special thanks to him .
1. I'll tell you about the guide who drove from the airport. I immediately started talking about local attractions, how to behave with the locals, and generally about Turkey. There was a stop at the store with which kilit global cooperates ( the guide immediately said that there was nothing better to take here , it was expensive + you could get poisoned ) , it was a pity that I did not remember the name of the guide .
2. Now the advantages end there. The next day we meet with the hotel guide and then it started. The guide's name is Bakhtiyar. First of all, we started talking about excursions and we immediately told him that we wanted to go to the Turkish hammam and we bought an excursion to the hammam from him for $ 30 per person ( but the guide who met us said that this service costs $ 20 ) I think maybe the price was wrong , did not focus on this.We took the second tour of the basin canyon for $ 70 per person. We also wanted to take an excursion to antique Side , but the price of $ 60 for a transfer ( just a taxi ) scared us off ( taking the bus for 40 minutes and 180 lira per person ) , but he began to dissuade us from the bus that we would spend a lot of time on it , etc. in fact , all buses are local with air conditioning and they walk every 5 minutes and will always take you to the place ( just show the bracelet from the hotel and the drivers will tell you everything themselves ) . Bakhtiar also offered us a free transfer to the outlet (there and back), promised that all brands (Waikiki, Adidas, etc.) would be there + said that we could walk around Side and they would take us back as we wanted.
3. Now let's start with the excursions. The first is a hammam. When we took this tour , it was described to us so beautifully that the hotel hammam with spa seemed to us just nothing (but in fact 100 times better ) . We arrived at the hammam, it turned out to be some kind of basement, they took us further first to the sauna , it was a maximum of 40 degrees and stank of urine , then they took us to the hammam , and it was turned off altogether ( later turned on , but we did not wait until it warmed up ) .Then we were told to go to the washing hammam for the procedures , but we sat there in a queue for 40 minutes on cold stones , by the way, there should be a warm base in the hammam on which the procedures are performed , but it should be , but in fact cold stones , a queue and disgustingly rendered services ( someone does 10 minutes , to whom-that 's 5 ) .
4. "Free transfer to the outlet" was the height of deception. They brought us to some fur center, where they took us to the 1st floor and told us that they had ultra-good things here and the price tags were very adequate and they had 6 floors here. I think okay, maybe now I'll run here for 10 minutes and go for a walk freely on the Side . We passed the first floor , the second floor , I see prices of $ 1300 for shoes , $ 3000 for jackets + a woman walks with us who tells us everything . I honestly tell her that I am not interested in this , that I need an outlet with brands , to which she answers me that they have an agreement with killit global that they bring to them and back ( it's like with shops on the way to the airport and back ) prices x10. She said that a representative of the company was waiting for us downstairs and we could tell her everything . We met with a representative and she asked in surprise , why didn 't Bakhtiar tell you anything ? We only take you to the stores with which we cooperate, if you want to go to the state outlet , then there will be no return transfer, get there yourself, fortunately they took us to Nova Mola , thank you for that.
5. Basins canyon. The tour itself is good, but there is a problem with the prices . We were sold this tour for $ 70 per person, but to another person who lived in a hotel in Antalya for $ 60 . She has an hour more to go before the tour than we do , but the tour is cheaper by $ 10 , how so ? We were on the tour on the same day, both from Kilit global.
In general , I will say that the company may be adequate , but the guides spoil the whole impression of it . There is deception at every step and essentially no help. Everyone asked Bakhtiar to find out about one excursion , he found out all week , so he didn 't find out , he worked hard .
Bottom line: 1) do not take excursions from guides , leave the hotel and there will be a lot of sellers with excursions with prices 40 percent lower ( you can still bargain) . The hotel guide is your enemy, he wants to leave you without money and sell you everything x2 , or maybe x3
2) do not change money from the guides, you can change a few lira for travel and get to the nearest bank ( the course there is very good) , the guide has a very unfavorable course.
3) There are no free transfers to cities! They will take you to some of their shops and you will walk in these catacombs
4) They didn't give us a single check for the tour, always ask! I fucked up myself and thought about it only at the end of my vacation
