The food is very tasty, I liked it! There are many choices. There are fish, kebabs and vegetables and fruits. But dirty dishes. Very cool territory, wide large beach. Clear sea. In the evenings we strolled and walked along the embankment. The hotel room has a beautiful view of the sea. But there are also disadvantages: the rooms are shabby in places, the mattress is very hard, the air conditioner did not work well, in the evenings the air conditioner worked like a fan.
After two days of our stay at the hotel, cases of rotovirus began to appear. As a result, my wife and I decided to move to another hotel located in Kemer itself.

A 5-star hotel does not pull!

The reception looks awesome, but after climbing to the upper floors, there is a torn and worn carpet in the corridor. The rooms seem to be fine but already tired, especially the bathroom. Of the detergents, only liquid soap was available. The air conditioner is built into the ventilation system and does not cool very much, but it was fine in October. The food is fine, I think everyone will find something that they like. The territory is beautiful. The beach is pebbly, but you can go into the sea barefoot.

The cuisine is not very diverse, but everything was delicious. Soups, grilled snacks - everything is OK.
Of the bright disadvantages, I can only highlight the fact that the air conditioners were turned off at night throughout the hotel. It was stuffy to sleep in the room. In the daytime. The conduits were working properly.
There is a wonderful travel agency in front of the hotel. The manager speaks Russian and sincerely recommends everything. By the way, the same excursion from the guide of the travel agency that we flew, and his price differed 2 times for the better.
Separately, I want to highlight the animator MOMO, on which all animation is based. A person is sincerely happy and tries to charge others with positivity.

I really liked the hotel! Cozy, clean, compact, everything is side by side, the beach is well maintained, the hotel is very clean! The restaurant serves delicious food, a huge selection of dishes and snacks!! There are a lot of pastries, everything is very beautiful and delicious!! The staff is attentive and friendly!! The rooms are always cleaned, there is always water, pepsi, and other drinks in the mini fridge!! Children's animation every evening! I just want to make one remark- there are few fitness classes, there are Pilates and yoga classes, but I wanted active fitness- step, zumba!!
There is a very beautiful bay near the hotel - Paradise Bay, you can walk!! There is also an abandoned hotel next to the hotel, which is also very beautiful, where you can walk and see an unusual abandoned hotel.

I'm resting at the hotel now. In principle, I like everything: a solid solid five of the middle segment. The food is good (not much, but everything is fresh): fish - every day for lunch and dinner, grilled or steamed. We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel grounds are decent. The beach and the sea are clean. Meals 4 out of 5. The animation and evening performances are excellent. The room was provided comfortable and clean. In general, the location of the hotel is such that all rooms have a sea view. The room was cleaned every day. There is a children's room where you can leave your rodents in order to fully enjoy your vacation. I consider the range of alcohol to be quite rich and of high quality (it definitely wasn't bad the next day). I'll give you 3 points, because the whole family got rotavirus. As a result, minus 2 days of rest. Almost everyone in the hotel was sick, especially the children. The source was most likely a restaurant. There are not enough sanitizers. There is practically no chlorine in the pool. The hotel management needs to deal with the epidemiological situation (the problem is completely solvable). Bottom line: I advise you to consider the hotel as a good choice for a holiday.

The hotel has advantages - the sea, the beach and a well-groomed territory, if you are animators with children. Cocktails are generally average.
But there are much more disadvantages:
1) Food - if you think that you will come and eat delicious food - forget it, the food at best reaches the level of the dining room, it is impossible to drink coffee. You have to cut the bread yourself, and the whole hotel takes it with its hands to cut it off - what kind of stupidity?
2) Cleaning - if you have been to 5-star hotels, you probably wondered how they manage to clean up when you literally went to breakfast or went to the beach. It's not like that - I was woken up at 8 in the morning, then I walked until 14 in the afternoon, but the cleaner did not come. And in general, they clean very superficially, even under the beds and on the bedside tables the dust remains.
3) Mini-bar. It's funny, for ultra all inclusive, every day you are given 0.2 Cola, 0.2 forfeits, 0.2 sprites (and not the original, but some Turkish analogues) and 0.2 water
4) Rotovirus or enterovirus. Whatever you want to call it, but in my period half of the hotel was sick of them, people are smart or Polysorb at meals - it's just crazy to rest. I've never had it in all my travels, but I picked it up on the second day and spent all my time at the sink after every meal for the first 2 days.
5) Activity and animation. It's hard to say, maybe I missed them, but apart from the petang and the evening show, which you can't watch on a sober head, I didn't notice anything. Well, it's very subjective here, I'm not a fan of this.
6) The number. I took it with a sea view, the view is really gorgeous. But inside the room is tired. Uncomfortable pillows, faded furniture, sealant hiding mold everywhere in the bathroom. Well, obviously not 5 stars.
7) WI-FI and TV. There are Turkish and Russian channels on the TV, and English-speaking channels are possible, but absolutely everything with noise and interference. There is WI-FI, but the speed is so low that even as 240 you will not be able to watch videos without lags - at most you can read the news and the weather.
In total, I would not give this hotel 5 stars, I rested in 3-star hotels in Antalya - it was 2-3 times cheaper there, but the feeling of rest was better. So choose another hotel for that price.

We rested at this hotel for the 3rd time, we come here only for the sake of the location, the sea, not the hot season (from 15-26.10.2024). The sea is very close, the view from the room is wonderful! But - the food seems to be better this year, but as all vacationers write, the intestinal infection caught everyone without exception, on the 2nd day of their stay, even observing maximum personal hygiene, they fell very ill. The 2nd of the 4 had to go to the Kemer hospital for ivs, it couldn't do without them! The dishes are dirty, with lipstick prints and stains from tea and coffee... Elevators and door handles are greasy terribly and have never been observed to be wiped with such an epid.The situation?! It was much cleaner in 2021! The staff is friendly, especially the main staff is the same, and they remember the regular vacationers! In a nearby hotel, closer to the rock, mostly Germans rest there, music and entertainment until 1 am, and very loud. The sea, the soft, not hot sun is 10*. The rest is with a 3* tension, and that's a pity... We will not go to this hotel anymore...

The hotel was pleased with the hospitality and professionalism of the staff, service and cleaning at a height of 5 stars. The building is old , the audibility is 0! But of course the plumbing is already crying ... Although they respond quickly and efficiently at the reception. These are small things . everything is within walking distance wherever you are. but the territory is quite walking, the Garden building is newer and surrounded by a mini park with a stream, roses, jasmine, Bougainvillea ..... Picturesque and pleasant. They're probably being fed for slaughter! Delicious for every taste! The sea is a fairy tale , the water is turquoise , the pier has comfortable steps . I want TO GO BACK! this rarely happens to me.

Beautiful and well-groomed territory, the food is beyond praise every day fish, meat, poultry are all delicious cooked! We had a rest from 08/31/24 to 09/8/24.
I liked it: the sea is gorgeous, the child liked the animation, my husband also participated regularly, he was satisfied.
Food: acceptable, delicious in places, but of course, the assortment got tired of a week, because it's about the same, breakfast is generally always the same.
There is a problem with dishes in the restaurant: poorly washed, often with chips, etc. But they didn't get poisoned by anything, and thanks for that!
On the beach, by 9 a.m., all the sun beds are already occupied. There is a stack of backup sunbeds without mattresses, do you have to take them yourself and squeeze in somewhere with them, or how are you supposed to use them? By the pool, the situation with sun beds is better.
Well, a separate "song" is a number. We booked it in the Garden building. First, they gave me a room with a view of the fence. They asked to change - there are no numbers. But for 20 bucks, I suddenly found a room with a sea view. The view is super, you can't say anything! That's where the advantages end. The room is small and already very shabby - the wallpaper is falling off, there was a hole in the ceiling in the toilet. The cleaning is poor, there is dirt on the floor and traces of past guests.
The mattresses of the beds are super-rigid, the whole body ached in the morning.
But the biggest disadvantage is that the air conditioner is turned off at night for cooling, it blows just like a fan. For a hot country, this is just a mockery of tourists!! The reception offered to simply open the balcony. Isn't it really funny from such a proposal when it's +27 outside at night?!
Bottom line: this hotel does not pull in 5 stars in any way and does not set foot in it anymore.

Now we are vacationing here with a large family, the hotel was chosen because of the clean sea, a quiet place and awesome sea views from the rooms! That's where the advantages ended ....

In the end, when they realized, they started drinking from disposable tableware. Well, the cherry on the cake, every family we talked to was either sick or had already had rotovirus! All adults and children alike! Someone coped on their own, someone called an ambulance and went to the hospital.

There are a lot of people in the hotel, people come to the beach and are completely fucked up!!! We always come to rest at the end of the season, but this is the first time I've seen this! This hotel positions itself as a 5-star!!! People began to get indignant at the reception, the workers brought several sunbeds to the beach. We look at all this and are completely shocked! And we have 9 more days to rest here, probably in a day they will stop putting food out! The room is not cleaned at all, only towels are changed, and then I went to take a foot towel myself, because they did not put it. After 5 days of rest, I went to the reception, only after that the floor was wiped (and then, only in the room, they did not wash in the bathroom) and the bed linen was changed. The air conditioner in the room does not cool at all, it drives hot air and that's it. To be honest, we are shocked by this hotel! This is the first time I have come across such a "service" in Turkey. It's a pity the money spent on this hotel! P.S. Half an hour later, the sunbeds were brought to the beach. I look at all this mess and the mood is just at zero, if there was an opportunity, I would move to another hotel! I forgot to add: every second vacationer has a rotovirus infection, it also affected me. Negative emotions are off the scale! And yet, the pier on the beach was dismantled on October 16! No one cares about vacationers in full!
Emotions have subsided, I also want to write about the positive:
I really like the work of the waiters in the restaurant, the guys are all spinning like bees, dirty plates are immediately cleaned, tablecloths are changed, appliances are laid out, in general, well done, very clean in the restaurant, it's nice to sit!
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the views around are amazing, the sea is very clean!
There are also great guys and girls in bars, very positive, friendly, with a sense of humor, cool!
In general, a 5-star hotel does not pull at all, at 4 with a huge minus.
It is also very strange that vouchers to this hotel are being sold for 2025, because I heard from the locals that next year this hotel will already change its name and will work only for local tourists! Be careful!

The rooms are old, but good, everything worked. A very beautiful view of the sea. It's amazing to meet the dawn every morning. A great beach, the sea is clean, take a swimming mask, there are always a lot of fish at the pier, especially if you swim further to the pier of the Robinson hotel, there every morning the local caretaker feeds the fish at 8 a.m., it's fun to swim nearby and watch.
Special thanks to the staff - they are very friendly, they will always help. Everyone speaks Russian, which is convenient.
Very good spa, I recommend massage, hammam. If you take a massage course, they will give you a discount.
There are excellent water activities on the beach for an additional fee: jet ski, parachute flight, boat trip for 2 hours.

The sea is amazing, emerald, transparent, clean, this is the biggest plus of this hotel!!!But there are small biting fish.
But special thanks to the girls from the children's club Madina and Gum, the granddaughter went with a cast, they were very worried about what she would do there. but the animators found an approach and came up with entertainment. The granddaughter almost did not get out of this club. Children were given aquagrim at their request. After lunch, contests and competitions were organized, where children participated with pleasure and for this they received gramotas for prizes, which were awarded after the minidisko. During the day, children and animators searched for treasures. Very caring and loving animators for children. Many thanks to the animator Madina, she did not let her granddaughter out of her hands so that nothing would happen to her, because her pen was already in a cast.
With food for diabetics and children, of course, the trouble is, there is almost nothing boiled. There are no bland soups for children and the elderly, because all soups are spicy. It's a pity that the children's restaurant that was before was removed. The rest is all with spices, most fried. In the end, the hotel left a pleasant impression!

I'll start my story about this hotel. He should have been called a Cripple, because he cripples people.
The sea view is beautiful, the sea is clean, the territory is green. That's probably all on the plus side. But no, the staff in the bars and in the restaurant are very friendly, you can see how they try and do their job well.
Upon check-in, we had a garden, after walking around the hotel we decided to pay extra and choose a room in a common building with a view of the sea, the employee who helps us carry our suitcases took us to different rooms that were not very good, after which he showed us the room that suits us and told us the price of $ 120. We agreed, since we had to live there for 13 days, and gave the money to him personally.
At first, on the first day we liked everything, immediately, of course, we noticed the meager choice of food, but we roughly understood where we were going. But after 4 days, it began to get boring to eat the same thing, besides, all the food was somehow tasteless.
On the second day, the two of them caught a rotavirus infection. Which was impossible to do without a sip of water. On the third day, we just lay down and recovered in the room.
After that, they began to hear on the beach, in a restaurant, in an elevator talking only about rotavirus, that absolutely everyone was sick of it.
After that, as neurotics, they wiped all the appliances, drank only from plastic cups, and were afraid to catch this infection again.
On the 6th day, the husband fell ill again, a doctor was called to the hotel, after which the husband was taken by ambulance to the hospital. They made a drip, injections, prescribed medications, and also prescribed antibiotics. If, God forbid, you find yourself in the same situation, then do not buy medicines at the pharmacy to which you will be taken back on the way by ambulance, because the price is very high there. There is a pharmacy with reasonable prices right across the street from the hotel.
By the way, the ambulance was there all the time, coming again and again for a new batch of patients.
Moreover, the reception staff denied the problem, saying that it is everywhere now and there is nothing terrible, did not try to prevent it in any way, did not post any ads so that people would be more careful about disinfection. In general, I didn't do ANYTHING. They only tried to bribe the discontented, so that they would not write negative reviews. I witnessed a little girl even throw up in the middle of the dining room.
A pipe goes out into the sea, where water is drained from the air conditioning system. Although there is an alert that the water is harmless, but....
The room was dirty, there was no cleaning, only a change of towels. There was either mold or fungus in the refrigerator, which I cleaned myself.
The glasses in the dining room were dirty, as were the dishes.
On day 7 (we subtract 4 of them for illness), our patience ran out, we wrote to the hotel guide to move us to another hotel. We paid $240 for it. They asked this hotel for at least a transfer to another hotel (it was a 7-10 minute drive) and refused.
They asked for a refund of half of the $120 paid for room improvements. At first, the check-in administrator did not understand that for $ 120. As I understood it, the employee who helped us to drag the suitcases threw his percentage on the amount, the administrator looked at him with bewilderment, but fortunately gave us half the amount.
Well, then we finally started a full and pleasant vacation in another hotel.
The contingent of vacationers is mainly pensioners.
In general, the place itself is picturesque, there is an abandoned hotel nearby, which we did not have time to walk around, fortunately, we managed to go over the mountain to Alakasu beach, reached paradise bay along the Lycian trail, where incredible beauty opens. But this is not the merit of the hotel at all.
For 6 years of vacation in Turkey, we faced this for the first time, before that we rested in 4*, even these 4* were much better than this hotel, which has 5*. We will remember this hotel with a shudder.

Compact territory, everything is nearby, everything is convenient, while the territory is very beautiful, a lot of greenery and various beautiful trees and flowers. We lived in the main building, overlooking the sea. The beach is beautiful - wide enough, small pebbles, and there is a pier from which you can dive - my husband and children appreciated it. There are several shops outside the territory, there is nothing much to do, the center of the village of Chamyuva is about 25 minutes on foot. You can get to Kemer by minibus. I didn't expect anything special from staying at this hotel, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. A small but very clean and well-maintained area. They sweep and clean up garbage all the time. Nice and equipped beach. The staff is a fairy tale. They will always help. The service is at a high level. The Povora are great fellows. They cook a lot, varied and delicious. The rooms are without pretensions, but comfortable and clean. For a hotel that is 20 years old, the room stock is decent. This is not a luxury hotel, but it will not spoil the rest for a demanding tourist. The hotel is conveniently located, so you can diversify your vacation with trips to Kemer, a walk to the beautiful coves and ancient Greek ruins - that's the thing!

A cozy hotel for families with children. Meals are organized throughout the day in different zones, you definitely won't stay hungry. The beach is pebbly (for children it is better to take special shoes), the entry into the water is good, the purest water, a well-organized outdoor space with sun beds and canopies. There is a small bazaar near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs (there is also a pharmacy).

Positive: good food, lots of choice, quite tasty, but everything is standard for Turkey. After a week, I got tired of everything. There are no theme nights.
There is no children's menu. The coffee is made from a vending machine, but it tastes normal.
The 1st line is very cool, of course, beautiful views: the transparent sea, the mountain - a beautiful view of it.. The pebbles are small, larger in the sea. We dived and collected pebbles.
The staff is quite friendly and pleasant, everything is positive.
Cons: the pier was dismantled even though it was still a season, outrageously (it was in October 2022). The piers of the neighboring hotels are in place.
Instead of an ornamental pond, there is a semi-dried swamp that smells terribly of rotten meat.
At the end of the season, they just apparently scored, although the prices for the tour did not fall in price.
There are a lot of cats on the territory, chickens run around, so it's not very clean on the territory, there are poop.. dirty carpet.
Even in the lobby of the hotel, dead insects are not cleaned on the windows ...

They also give plastic spoons and forks, they are not eco-friendly at all, they fly a lot.
There is an indoor pool, but it is not working, although it would be useful in bad weather. The gym is also abandoned.
There is no doctor in the hotel. The child was stung by a wasp on the beach in the rocks (if it is a wasp). I stepped on it. The leg was badly swollen and the child cried violently for 40 minutes with the words 'it hurts, it hurts very much'. Although a wasp also bit in Russia, and the child did not have such a reaction. The hotel didn't even offer an antihistamine. It's good that everything was brought with you. They said call yourself an ambulance on insurance. This is the only way to see a doctor. They came for us slowly in about 20 minutes only. They waited for a doctor there for a long time, the child's severe burning sensation passed, and she calmed down, but her leg was red and swollen, she could not step on it all day.. We were taken here and there at the expense of the insurance company.
The doctor anointed it with antihistamine and that's it..
He said that they come once a week with such cases.
We bought corals for the child.
Then they really sent fruit from the hotel and a note saying 'Get well, Sofia', which was nice.
The rooms are comfortable, everything is there, but tired, the beds are comfortable, but the backs are already crumbling. Hangers in closets break down when you hang clothes on them.
Wifi barely breathes, it even barely downloads pictures every other time. We were in the room of the Garden building.
The air conditioner does not cool, the current is noisy, it will be hot in the season.
The plumbing and the bathroom itself are a little old already.
The music screams until 12 at night, prevents you from sleeping if you sleep with the door open. The smokers who tar their cigarettes on the balconies are annoying, and the whole kumar is dragged into the neighboring rooms. They really piss me off. They don't give a damn about other people that much. They poison themselves, so do others...
The animation is periodically cool - professional dance groups come, and sometimes the animators themselves arrange quizzes.
The children's room is terrible. It's all old, there are no toys, and we didn't find any classes either.
A playground - a couple of swings and a couple of slides is all.
In general, we had a very good rest because of the good sea and food. But you will not find a chic room and territory here.
Apparently, some hotels, if the first line and a good sea, score on the territory and repair rooms.
