Terrible management and reception which abuse and insult you. Especially, manager Mehmet and Okrun from entertainment team. Managers of guest relations don’t have an opportunity to do something.
I had old room with bad smell in the bathroom and poor lighting. Also, you have only 2 gb of free internet then you have to pay for it.

We visited the hotel in August 2024. Convenient location in the center of the village of Goynyuk, near pharmacies, markets. The food is excellent, there is a food court, a snack bar, a wonderful pastry shop, several a la carte restaurants and a Starbucks coffee shop on site. Alcoholic beverages are mainly imported (Havana Club rum, Chivas Regal whiskey, Bushmills, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Tichers, Olmeca tequila, Malibu liqueurs, Baileys, Balls, etc.). Also, bottled beer of local production (Ephesus, Beaumont, Tuborg, etc.) It is worth noting the work of the waiters of the main restaurant, they work smoothly and quickly, as well as the 24-hour lobby bar and diligent bartenders. The beach is large, the entrance to the sea is quite steep, sand with pebbles. There are enough sun beds. 2 large outdoor pools and several small ones. The spa is standard for five, the massage is good. The hotel you want to return to!

We had a vacation with my husband from September 22 to October 2, 2024. Pros: A gorgeous, very beautiful area. Beautiful transparent clear sea.There are many beautiful places to take photos. The first coastline .Beautiful view of the mountains. A large wide beach. A great restaurant with different cuisine and themes. The food is delicious and of course Turkish delicious sweets with Turkish coffee. The staff is all Kind, polite, helpful.Everyone understands and speaks Russian perfectly. Special thanks to the hookah man. The animation is interesting and varied.The disco is normal, you can jump up.
So the cons: I didn't like the small room with a dirty carpet filled with wine. The bed is small with a terribly uncomfortable mattress. My back was falling off, after three nights I got used to it))).There were black worms crawling in the shower, we tried to wash them off from the beginning, then wash ourselves. The main and biggest disadvantage is the lack of sun beds. Because the Russian tourist is used to crawl to the beach at 6 a.m. and take 6 sun beds and then move through the sun behind the shadow. So there are no seats at 8 a.m. We were lying by the pool and closer to 12 o'clock we first moved to the bar and hunted for a sunbed, everything is visible there)) .I flew at the speed of light to the vacated sunbed and waited for my husband when he brought a towel and voila at 13:00 we look at the sea.

Great hotel. The food is at the highest level, the territory is large, beautiful, well maintained. The reception is friendly and always ready to help. The animation team at the age of 24, both adults and children, is just super. Of the minuses: the entrance to the sea is sometimes large sharp boulders at the very entrance, children of 10 years old cut and skinned their legs on the very first day. The cleaning was mediocre, they vacuumed badly, they always didn't report something, they had to run after the cleaner for gel, sponges, towels. The Internet is given 2 gigs per room for the entire vacation, then for a fee. There is no free Wi-Fi. When you leave the room, you are cut off from the wifi.

Two weeks of wonderful holidays in September at Kilikya Palace 5*. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well maintained. Many thanks to the gardeners - everything is neatly trimmed and designed. The food in restaurants is beyond praise - it is the merit of chefs - 5+!!! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: they were perfectly welcomed at the reception, gave a good room, the waiters are very attentive, not intrusive. The room is always clean and smells delicious. Thanks to the hotel security, beach fights... The guys from animation do not let the hotel guests get bored - they are super professionals.!!! It is clear that the management of the hotel is invested in people - keep it up!!! I strongly advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel. The sea is gorgeous, the only thing missing is sun beds, as not quite conscious guests occupy them, but do not come. But it's not the hotel's fault anymore. Since we had to work, we connected the wi-fi business - everything flew. Once again, I want to say a big thank you to everyone for making our vacation unforgettable!!!

In general, the hotel is good, fresh renovation in all lobbies pleases (there are two of them here, because there are two buildings). I liked the variety of restaurants, snack bars, although they were at the end of the season (October 26-November 6), only Ala carte restaurants did not work by appointment and then managed to get into one (fish). The food itself is basically delicious, with a large selection of fresh fruits. Except that only the serving changes from restaurant to restaurant, not the products. Most of the staff speaks Russian. Of the minuses, I want to highlight the complete absence of evening performances in the amphitheater, except for a mini disco, I think this is due to the end of the season, although in previous years we went at the same time, everything worked in other hotels. I was also upset by the plastic dishes on the bars, I haven't seen this anywhere for a long time. The beach was not very clean, there were a lot of cigarette butts lying around and so on. Going into the water and the pier in general was not bad. I also didn't like the tennis court, the worst possible coverage, and also the entrance to it, roughly speaking, from the street (i.e. anyone from the road could get on it). At night (the club was open from 11 to 2), in addition to it there was also a party at the pool bar (until 11:30). I liked the feature of the rooms with a button, pressing which on the door of the room to light up either do not disturb or remove the room (much better than cardboard boxes that need to be hung on the handle). Room cleaning is not bad either. Filling the minibar: local sprite and the same fanta, for some reason pepsi, ephesus beer, mineral water, water. I am glad that the bars had original sodas and even cola in the glass (which really ended later). In conclusion, I want to say that I liked the hotel as a whole, of course, alas, it is not compatible with price / quality, looking back at which hotels could have been visited for such a price tag literally 2-3 years ago. But it's clear that it's not the hotel's fault.

A good 5* hotel, within expectations: the sea, a great and large beach, a room (we were given a room with a great view, but there are rooms with a worse view), food (if you choose carefully), a large territory.
You need to understand that every hotel saves on something, they save here too. Not all 5* are the same. There is no crime beyond that, the rest is not spoiled, but there are moments that some of the potential guests may pay attention to. The savings are conscious, you should not expect that these points will be corrected in the future.
– Some of the food is of low quality, the level of canteens, not restaurants. Sometimes you can notice something that was not finished yesterday, in the same or a different form. But if you choose, you can always find something good and safe.
– The child managed to poison himself well with something. He has minus 3 days of rest, and we have minus half a night.
– Most of the sweets are cheap imitations. It looks beautiful, but it's made of something cheap. Far from what you can buy in any good cafe for money.
– Drinks are not of the best quality 1) Coffee (cappuccino) almost everyone does not know how to cook. This is the standard for the tourist areas of Turkey, but in a good 5* hotel you should be able to make coffee. One exception is the bar in the main building and you need to ask to cook with a coffee machine, otherwise they try to cook by pressing a button on a strange vending machine that pours something incomprehensible. 2) Do not call chemistry freshly squeezed orange juice 3) Non–alcoholic mojito is not about anything at all.
- There is animation, you can list for a long time what there is from animation (standard set for 5 *), but there are few evening professional shows. This is when the hotel invites an outside team or an artist and they show an interesting show. 2 times a week, the rest of the days – either nothing (dj and karaoke do not count) or beer entertainment like "the best couple / Mr. Kilikya". It is worth considering that there is nothing to do outside the hotel in the evening – there is one long shopping street, but this is bad shopping – not Kemer, Antalya or Istanbul.
– The air conditioner has been weakened. If you turn it on to the fullest, it will become comfortable only after 20-30 minutes, and cool after a few hours.
– Weak water slides. The highest slide barely rolls, rubs in places, needs to be replaced.
– There are only 2 slot machines in the slot machine room, and the other 4 look like they've been broken for a long time.
– The Internet is limited. This is not a "Free Internet" in any way. It is solved with a SIM card bought on the street at your own expense.

A good five. The location is good, next to the evening promenade hotel. There are different dishes in the restaurant, you can even find a low-fat, dietary option. A la carte, I liked Italian: the dishes are very similar to Italian! Drinks are paid. The cleaning is good, the minibar is free. 1,2,3 buildings overlook the noisy part (pool, etc.) 4,5 buildings are quieter. The beach is good, small pebbles. Great family hotel, went here with my family (2 children) 2 times, there are practically no disadvantages, the best children's club of all the places where we were (in Turkey we were about 10 times), excellent food, there is a disco, the food is monotonous everywhere, but there is always something to eat, imported alcohol, cola in glass in the lobby bar, freshly squeezed juices at the entrance to the hotel, there is a place to walk near the hotel - there are many shops.

Many people admire the hotel, but frankly I don't understand such laudatory odes.
1. The main building needs renovation

Buckwheat was always on the side dish. There is a hot shower on the beach. We lived in the 1st building, it was noisy above the restaurant, because in the evenings after dinner we organized discos and concerts. The territory of the hotel is not large, very well maintained. Sunbeds on the beach were occupied from early morning. This is a problem in many hotels. There are people who have vacationed here many times. They say it used to be much better, the hotel is tired. We were satisfied with the rest. We're leaving tomorrow. So sorry.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. There are no questions about the number or territory. Everything is fine. The power supply is normal. But fruits are not washed. We noticed this on the first day, when we took the apples on the welcome table. There were strawberries for dinner tonight. There were two containers with dirty berries and immediately a container with 3 liters of water to wash the berry themselves. I suspect that fruits are not washed at all.On the second day, some kind of intestinal infection- nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, stool disorders, temperature up to 38.8. I wanted to dig myself and my wife in the surrounding 5 pharmacies, there was no infusion system on sale. I do not recommend this hotel. We fell for the reviews and took a 10-day tour. It is unknown how else it will end.....

The staff is polite, Russian-speaking, and if any questions arise, everything is resolved instantly. There are some events every evening. I liked everything! I haven't tried alcohol, I don't know the situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You will definitely not be dissatisfied. We went with the children. The quietest rooms (this is silence, relaxation and side view from the window) in the new building overlooking the pool and villas. Remember and ask for these numbers. First, they gave a room with a sea view in the same building, the balcony looked directly at the sea, the room above the bar with a blue visor. Comrades, I didn't sleep until 3 a.m.. from below there is a bar up to 3, on the left along the course locals walk by the sea - not very noisy, but everything is perfectly audible, and also the disco of the neighboring hotel. I tearfully asked to change my sea view to a side and QUIET room. They gave me the one I wrote about above - a view of the new pool and villas. I didn't think that the difference in the different sides of the building mattered so much. In general, everything was fine after that! Only positive impressions. No doubt I will come here again!

It was not the first time we visited the hotel and noticed that the changes appeared only for the better. This year we had a rest from September 20 to 27. The hotel is located about 40 minutes from Antalya Airport, which is undoubtedly its advantage. Check-in is the same as everywhere from 2 p.m., but we were checked in at 10 a.m. We asked for Relaxation in the building, it should have been quiet there. But in the evenings there was a disco in a nearby hotel, and then men played football until late. It's a little noisy and that's the only downside! For that, the sun woke us up and then went to the other side and the room was always cool! The room is clean, linen and towels were changed every day, very friendly women maids, always decorated our room - then the swans will be folded, then the flowers will be collected from the bedspread, like a trifle, but it's so nice! In the room, the mini-bar was replenished every day, a kettle, a set of tea and coffee. It's also nice to drink herbal tea early in the morning and run to the beach. The beach is clean, spacious, the entrance to the water is from the shore and the pier. One day, my mother and I were coming out of the sea and somehow hesitated - a lifeguard immediately came up and offered help. There are many Poles, Germans, Ukrainians on vacation, there were Italians and Slovaks. No conflicts - adults, very decent people. The cuisine is luxurious, the restaurant was served with various seafood up to oysters! The bars during the day are great, there is a chic handmade chocolate coffee shop and a Starbucks coffee shop. Everything is free on site. We had a wonderful rest and immediately plan to come here again!

A nice, even lovely hotel. The territory is relatively compact. A lot of greenery, and in general, gardeners can be seen that they take care of the territory very roughly. Very friendly staff at the reception. The common areas are at a very good level. A lovely coffee shop with a terrace in the courtyard. Everything in the rooms is standard, no frills. Perhaps a small repair is already required somewhere.
The food is also at the proper level, but some of the services were already unavailable (the end of the season, in my opinion, is not diverse enough).
When I was evicted from the hotel, there were some nuances with the staff (either the floor manager, or some kind of caretaker, he eventually left, and I could not confirm his position).In general, there was a small conflict situation, from scratch. This friend allowed himself a raised tone in conversation with me (I think this behavior is categorically unacceptable for a decent hotel).
But, I repeat, in general, a very positive impression of the holiday, a good place for a relaxing family vacation.

We just returned from this hotel yesterday. We were in it for the first time and liked everything very much. We flew from Nizhny Novgorod by Azur airline. The flight was very early and therefore we arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in the morning. At the entrance, we were greeted by a girl with champagne, juices, sweets and fruits. At the reception, we were immediately given a bracelet and invited to breakfast. After breakfast, we took towels at the spa, changed our clothes and went to the sea. The beach at the hotel is quite large, there are many sun beds, the entrance to the sea is pebbles, so the water is clean. There is an opportunity to sunbathe on the pier, but there are no umbrellas, only sun loungers. We were checked into the room at about 11.00 a.m. The hotel has only 5 buildings, we had room 2504 with a direct view of the sea. Buildings 4 and 5 are new, built relatively recently, and buildings 1-3 have been renovated, so there is no strong difference between which buildings to live in. The new buildings are a little further from the center of all events, restaurants and entertainment. The photos of the rooms correspond to those posted on the hotel's website.
The entire territory of the hotel is very green, well-groomed, clean everywhere - this is constantly monitored by specially trained people. Everything is very beautiful. There are three outdoor pools, a separate pool with slides, a children's pool and an indoor pool in the spa. We went to the sea at 6 a.m. to swim at sunrise before breakfast. The sea is perfectly calm at this time.
The breakfasts were presented for every taste: egg in any version, three types of milk porridges (rice, oatmeal, semolina), various honeycombs (vegetable, chicken, shrimp), vegetables, herbs, cheeses, kaymak, honey in honeycombs, various jams, muesli, morning soup, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, grilled cheese, red fish, olives, pies and a special place are confectionery products - well, very tasty and a large selection. Of the juices in the morning, there was always only freshly squeezed orange juice and several types of water in carafes (with fresh fruits, berries, vegetables). There were always fruits - strawberries, watermelon, melon, pineapple, figs, grapefruit, apples, peaches, plums, bananas.
for lunch and dinner there are always several types of grilled fish (trout, salmon, dorada, laurel, perch), chicken, kebab, cutlets, kebabs, pasta (spaghetti, horns of various types), rice, potatoes, lamb, lamb, chicken, beef, a large selection of salads. Almost every day there were seafood (shrimps, mussels, squid) and on Wednesdays they made a fish day - oysters, crayfish, mussels, king prawns, etc. There was enough for everyone at any time. There is also a separate children's restaurant, but for some reason it was not very popular with parents of children :)) therefore, all the guests of the restaurant had to listen to the cry of infants. The waiters try their best, they clean the tables quickly, rearrange the tablecloths, bring any drinks.
The hotel has a pateseria - a French cafe with pies and coffee with tea. It is a very cozy and cool place. There is ice cream - both in balls and in a package - all day in any quantity.
A la carte restaurants - there are five of them in the hotel (Anatolian, Italian, Far Eastern, Mexican and some other). If you stay at the hotel for at least 5 days, then you can visit any restaurant for free once, except the Anatolian one (you can go to it for free at least every day, having previously signed up for it the day before). The cost of visiting a la crat is 25 euros per person.
We went to the Anatolian first - we liked everything, only the portions were very large, and the next day we went to an Italian restaurant (Thursday, August 22). And here just turned out to be a fly in the ointment - the administrator, who greets guests at the entrance to the restaurant, decided to point out to us that our shoes were not for the restaurant, despite the fact that we were dressed in dresses and the shoes were open. Arguing that the memo, which is given to all hotel guests upon arrival, says about shoes. And that the concept of all restaurants is the same. In order not to spoil our mood, we went to the room and put sneakers on our feet, took a piece of paper where, according to this administrator, it was written about the concept and in particular about shoes - he did not find it, did not apologize to us, and tried not to show his face to us anymore.
If suddenly representatives of the hotel read this forum or review - I would like to recommend - either to prescribe in more detail the concept of all restaurants and it should be reflected in the memo for guests and it must be adhered to in any restaurant, and not selectively, or to "work" with their staff on how to behave with guests. This incident "discouraged" our desire to go to an a la carte restaurant on other days at our own expense.
As for entertainment - for every taste. The guys try to keep the hotel guests occupied and entertained all day. There is also a mini club for children, which works without breaks, the kids like it (according to reviews on the beach).
There are no complaints about cleaning the room, towels are changed every day, the bed is changed every 2-3 days, the minibar is replenished - beer, sparkling water, mineral water, pepsi, sevenap, mirinda, juices, cold milk.
We really liked the hotel, the beach is 50 meters away.
We had a night flight back, we wanted to extend the room, but we couldn't. The hotel is fully loaded and there are no available rooms, so the room was handed over at 12:00, our bracelets were changed to blue (you can use everything in the hotel, you just don't have a room), the suitcases were left in the luggage room and went to the sea. Before dinner, we washed up at the spa, dried our hair with a hair dryer, put ourselves in order, and gathered for dinner. Everything is very convenient.

The food is great, there are many places where you can eat different things, at any time. Good quality alcohol. The animation is good, not super active, but there was everything from a foam party to a trampoline town for children. There is a quiet building and a loud one. In the quiet only the area in the far corner with windows overlooking the pool is really quiet. (even the diskach is not particularly audible). Initially, we were settled opposite (with windows on the city territory and a football field). Until one o'clock in the morning, the disco from the neighboring hotel is very loud, until three in the morning they played football with shouts, at seven in the morning they take out garbage there. The room is of terrible quality. Warm greetings to all! We are currently resting at the hotel! To say great is to say nothing. A masterpiece👌 Food, service- luxury! The territory is green, very well cared for, and around the greenery, flowers. The bars are working perfectly, the pastry shop is at the highest level. In general, we were looking for at least some kind of minus - we did not find it. Our room is on the 4th floor 2419. Thank you very much to all the staff - you are great fellows. We still have 4 days of enjoyment ahead of us in this beautiful, cozy hotel. Will we come again- undoubtedly!

A good 5 that deserves attention!The food is varied, there are a lot of fruits and there are exotic, seafood, the waiters are polite and fast)the entire staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the maid.The rooms are large, clean,beautiful,well filled and cleaned,the mini bar was replenished every day,beer,water without gas/with gas,cola,fanta,pepsi,baby juices,milkshake.There is a wonderful mini club and a water park for children, the animators are attentive and caring. I want to share my impressions about my stay at the wonderful Cilicia Palace Hotel. We recently returned home, but we already want to go back. The service at the hotel is at the highest level. They greet everyone who checks into the hotel with the tastiest champagne (by the way, you can choose from white or pink, but pink is better, it's sweeter) and goodies, show a tourist voucher at the reception, fill out a couple of lines in the questionnaire, put on bracelets and tell everything. By the way, there are many Russian speakers who can answer all the questions. All the staff is very friendly, everyone smiles and says hello. The room is great, clean. We lived in Building B. It's quiet in there. Our windows overlooked the villas with a swimming pool and the sea. The view is gorgeous. Towels in the room were changed every day, bed linen was changed once every 2 days, the mini bar was replenished every day. Everything is fine. The food is varied, delicious, fruits-whatever you want, meat, fish, pastries, sweets..... Everything is very tasty. Bottled water. Refrigerators with water are everywhere. At the entrance to the main restaurant in the evening, the bartender prepared delicious cocktails) Round-the-clock meals, ice cream, burgers, tortillas, whatever your heart desires. There is a Starbucks on site. We took delicious caramel coffee there and went to the beach. Beach towels were taken to the spa, changed every day after visiting the beach. The beach is a separate conversation. The sea is clean, warm, calm. There were enough sun beds for everyone, you don't have to worry about leaving things when you go swimming in the sea. There are guards and lifeguards on the beach. We once left the phone on the sunbed there and remembered about it only when we returned to the room, we went back - the phone was still in its place. Therefore, you don't have to worry about your things. There is a safe in the room, but we didn't use it, everything was left on the shelves and everything is fine. The Internet is in the lobby, it's free, yes, it slows down a little, but it works, we called home on WhatsApp, we heard each other perfectly. There is an Internet that "flies" and is given 2MB for free, but I almost never used it, so sometimes.... I can write a lot, but there is only one conclusion-I will definitely return to this hotel again! Special thanks to Burak- he's just great!!!

A wonderful hotel, the territory is not large, but very convenient, everything is at hand. The central pool is not deep 1.40, there is a pool with slides for children and a relaxation pool in a quiet corner. The dining room is large, the menu is varied and very tasty, meat dishes, vegetables, various cheeses and sausages. I really enjoyed the fish day. The hotel's beach is sandy and pebbly, there is a pier and gangplank. The show program pumped up a little, the dancers tried, but the soundtrack failed. We had a great time at the spa, hammam massage.The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, ready to help and resolve any issue. I was very pleased with the free visit to the ala kart restaurant. At the entrance to the central hall, a pleasant girl greets you and treats you to sweets, soft drinks and champagne of four types. Our stay was pleasant and unforgettable. I want to go back.
