Terrible management and reception which abuse and insult you. Especially, manager Mehmet and Okrun from entertainment team. Managers of guest relations don’t have an opportunity to do something.
I had old room with bad smell in the bathroom and poor lighting. Also, you have only 2 gb of free internet then you have to pay for it.

We had a vacation with my husband from September 22 to October 2, 2024. Pros: A gorgeous, very beautiful area. Beautiful transparent clear sea.There are many beautiful places to take photos. The first coastline .Beautiful view of the mountains. A large wide beach. A great restaurant with different cuisine and themes. The food is delicious and of course Turkish delicious sweets with Turkish coffee. The staff is all Kind, polite, helpful.Everyone understands and speaks Russian perfectly. Special thanks to the hookah man. The animation is interesting and varied.The disco is normal, you can jump up.
So the cons: I didn't like the small room with a dirty carpet filled with wine. The bed is small with a terribly uncomfortable mattress. My back was falling off, after three nights I got used to it))).There were black worms crawling in the shower, we tried to wash them off from the beginning, then wash ourselves. The main and biggest disadvantage is the lack of sun beds. Because the Russian tourist is used to crawl to the beach at 6 a.m. and take 6 sun beds and then move through the sun behind the shadow. So there are no seats at 8 a.m. We were lying by the pool and closer to 12 o'clock we first moved to the bar and hunted for a sunbed, everything is visible there)) .I flew at the speed of light to the vacated sunbed and waited for my husband when he brought a towel and voila at 13:00 we look at the sea.

Great hotel. The food is at the highest level, the territory is large, beautiful, well maintained. The reception is friendly and always ready to help. The animation team at the age of 24, both adults and children, is just super. Of the minuses: the entrance to the sea is sometimes large sharp boulders at the very entrance, children of 10 years old cut and skinned their legs on the very first day. The cleaning was mediocre, they vacuumed badly, they always didn't report something, they had to run after the cleaner for gel, sponges, towels. The Internet is given 2 gigs per room for the entire vacation, then for a fee. There is no free Wi-Fi. When you leave the room, you are cut off from the wifi.
