The staff are completely incompetent. Russian citizens can pass through customs using an internal passport of the Russian Federation. And they don't put seals or stamps there!

Not all employees know that cards for Russian citizens can be opened using a foreign passport. I had to register. I came with her to the central branch, and they say why do you need her?? And so everything is as promised, I am satisfied with the bank
