In short: I strongly advise against this service. And if you want to learn more: The laptop began to work slowly. I gave it to prevention, and at the same time I wanted to improve it a little. They said that the diagnosis would take 2 days, in fact 6 days. They called, said that they needed: "cleaning the cooling system" and "replacing the thermal interface" gave the go-ahead, at the same time they offered me to put an "ssd disk" and a "hard disk basket" so that it would work faster, I agreed, but on condition that all data is saved, since my work and my work are there Wives, what did they say: "No problem, all data will be saved." After a couple of days, the master calls back and says that all my data has been IRRETRIEVABLY lost. To reason with them and inform them that this is THEIR problem and they should solve it, they did not give anything. After another 3 days, no one solved THEIR problem from the masters and gave me a laptop without my data. I also had to pay from above to another service for data recovery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

I gave the computer to one address (Chkalova 24A) and in fact it was at another address (Chapaevo 4) and no one warned me about it. They didn't say for a long time what to do with him, for about 2 weeks, he himself sought some information, although they promised to do it in a few days! When the unjustifiably high price tag for repairs was called, I decided to refrain from repairing this desk, I was ready to pay for diagnostics without any problems (although, of course, no one said the cost of diagnostics in advance, before doing the work), but they did not want to deliver the computer to the primary address. As a result, I had to spend extra money on a taxi to get the computer home. I do not advise it, it is a waste of time, effort and money!

A good service center! There was a problem with the laptop, the screen did not turn on, only the black background was. The staff carried out the diagnosis, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was fine with the price. I recommend it!
