1. the lack of a sufficient number of consultants and specialists. Depending on the situation, you have to wait a long time for problems to be resolved.
2. High cost of improvements without flexible pricing.
Waiting on the LC UT is 20 minutes! in business, it's just a circus, you charge 1,320 rubles for updates for 1 year, which you call support, OK, but what kind of approach is this if no one knows anything about you, everyone resends each other and waits at least 10 minutes everywhere, and they say on the phone that you are second in line, the schedule of the consultation line Guys, this is a shock to 13 00))))))))) and if you have something with the database, then just stop your business and do nothing, if I had known that this was such a company, I would never have bought anything from them in my life, people who read the review, think about it and consider other solutions, other companies that do not charge 300-500 rubles for each sneeze. If it were possible to put a score of 0 or minus, I would put it lower.
I agree with most of the reviews about my software, but unfortunately, the company simply does not have a customer service. Because of this, many features of the program are simply not possible to use. After switching from SAP to 1C, it feels like you're entering the Stone Age, especially without the support of Human specialists...
If you are reviewing this program 1000 times, think about how you will solve the issues that you will have during operation!

it is much cheaper to find a new accountant than a programmer who will undertake to service it, because if your accountant says "you need to be exclusively human", it is better to drive in the neck. Alternatively, you will never expand / refine the configuration, i.e. you will sit exactly on the standard one, always - then you can still live (it's not just about accounting, it's about all the configurations that you will have, they are also connected). To be serviced / refined by the very same human - since you bought something from them - they have a complete monopoly, they know it perfectly well and do not hesitate to use it. There is a lot of protection, it really gets in the way (don't believe Human's stories).
Switching from a Human configuration to any other is very expensive and problematic in terms of costs, so I advise you to think again before buying something.

Disgusting line consultation. Each consultant works as he wants. One works according to the rules through letters, and the second expands the rights to the right and to the left without any letters. There is not even a place to file a complaint on the site.
The service is disgusting. Incompetent employees cannot advise on errors in the program. They redirect you to different numbers. You wait 15 minutes for a call to be answered to hear that they can't help you in any way. Training in the 97/r hour program - where does this pricing come from, the big question!
Very bad. The consultation line cannot be reached. If you are suddenly lucky and answered, then any question is answered not just with a sigh, but with a groan "how did you get everything?" it is easier to look for answers on forums.
