I was passing through Orsha. I did not expect to meet a Georgian restaurant. I ordered kharcho and khinkali.
Very tasty. I have never tasted such delicious khinkali anywhere! Tomato juice goes very well with them!
The kharcho was also beautiful, everything in moderation, not sickly greasy, pleasant sharpness and piquancy.
The waiter offered Georgian bread, which went very well with the kharcho)

On 03/15/2025, we celebrated our anniversary and birthday at the Khvamli restaurant.Great place, great cuisine. The portions are large, the food is delicious. I especially liked khinkali, mushrooms with cheese on ketse, shkmeruli with chicken, kubdari. The staff is polite and respectful. The evening was spent in a positive way. We had a very good rest. A restaurant with very tasty cuisine, beautiful interior, beautiful serving. The order is brought quickly, you can watch the process in the open kitchen. A clean, spacious toilet with everything you need.
Two remarks - the service is a little short, and it's a pity that you can't take two khinkali fillings in one set.

A good place to have a delicious meal. The food and the setting are generally good! I recommend it only if you are not confused by the lack of service. We went in with my wife and daughter on 08/03/2024. around noon, yes, there were a couple of tables, but clearly not for loading. In order to place an order, I had to contact the staff several times. Dryly, without a smile, very busy with phones or some kind of business, but clearly not with guests. Order 2 soups, khinkali, bread and a kebab for a child from the children's menu. They brought grub for me and empty plates for everyone, apparently they pushed me. I think, well, they'll probably bring it to the girls next. We sit and wait, the soup naturally cools down. The wait lasted more than 10 minutes, and the second red fish soup and bread were brought out. The child is at a loss. Kharcho asked to warm it up... To the remark to the waiter, they heard in response I can't do anything, the kitchen gives it away, the question immediately arises in my head, did anyone tell the kitchen what to give and at what rate? I think it's okay as it is.... There are 1 napkins on the table for everyone... It's nice to look at an open kitchen, but not always. Why use gloves if they also touch mobile phones and things not related to food.... Another unpleasant moment was when the waiters stood in the middle of the hall and rattled the appliances, wiping and laying them out. Tighten up the service and maintenance. We were satisfied with the rest. Thank you.

A very cool place 🥈 The food is very tasty , the portions are large 👍. Super!!! It is clear that the owner values his reputation. Refreshing lemonade is very useful in hot weather. The staff is friendly, recommends delicious dishes based on your preferences!!! The interior is in Georgian style. There is a bakery, Georgian bread is only 2 rubles, fresh and delicious. The staff said that the name of the restaurant is the name of the highest mountain in Georgia!!!! I recommend visiting

I really liked it, 90 rubles came out for two, including 4 glasses of beer, an ideal place if you really want to eat, the portions are large, hearty, beautiful serving. Two floors, the lower one with quiet music, to sit and chat, the upper one for those who like it louder.

The kitchen is open to the guests, and the dirty electric stove and mayonnaise buckets on the work tables immediately catch their eye. There were crushed bones in the lamb shish kebab. Take care of your teeth! Pork kebab is more or less edible.

I didn't expect it!!!
As a lover of Georgia and normal hinkals (house of hinkals), I was surprised after trying the local Orsha hinkals.
The dough is certainly not the same, but the filling and juice are very, very good)
The friend who makes this yummy has just not been to his homeland for a long time)))
Let a person go for a week, he will come and make it even cooler.
Slightly thicken the dough and there will be a song.
But even in this case, this is a very cool alternative, if you want good tasty, juicy khinkals right now, but there is no way to go to Tbilisi or Batumi, go to Khvamli.

It was quite unexpected to meet such a bright and juicy Georgian restaurant in Orsha, Belarus. It is not near the center and the tourist area, and Trip advisor recommended this place to me as the best institution in the city - and we arrived. A wonderful restaurant, in a quiet corner, an open veranda, the girls are quick, polite and dignified!!! served. Everything is delicious!!!

We were passing through Orsha, we needed to eat. We went to a restaurant (as for me, one of the few decent establishments in the city).
The menu was brought quickly, the portions are huge, and they are very tasty. They even found something to eat for their daughter (6 years old). At the same time, the price tags are very affordable.
We are unlikely to visit Orsha again, but the impression of the restaurant is only positive, and I am happy to recommend it to you

A mid-level cafe. It's kind of cooked with a soul, but it's not delicious. We tried soups and salads, but we didn't go in.

Disappointed. We came to a Georgian restaurant for mutton, but it was not there on the weekend. We ordered a pork kebab - a rather mediocre, seemingly not neck meat (as the waiters promised). I liked the grilled cheese, but it's pretty greasy, mind you. The dolma is too salty. The table turned out to be next to the music speakers, which made it impossible to talk. We couldn't hear each other across the table. The selection of music was not bad. The waiters tried, but the kitchen spoiled the impression. We decided that we would not go to this restaurant anymore.

It's a great place. It was at first. But now I've changed my mind. I ordered a takeaway of chakhokhbili. After paying 13.50 rubles for the order. I was very surprised . There were 3 pieces of chicken floating in the container with the sauce. To say that I ate. No. It's a pity that I didn't take a photo and weigh the meat. In the cafe the next morning, I was not provided with a technological map of the dish. They just said that there should be 150 grams of meat at the exit. I'm unlikely to come there again.

On March 9, the 24th, we rested at the Khvamli restaurant. We celebrated my sister's birthday. I was very pleasantly surprised by such fresh and delicious dishes. In the restaurant, the guests were not allowed to get bored by just a groovy musical group. The girl who was sitting at the synthesizer is just fire, the songs are funny and groovy. It's cool that the restaurant is open until 3.00 am. You can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, music and socializing with friends to your heart's content. The prices are good, the staff is pleasant and attentive. I recommend. I want to visit this place again.

My friends suggested this place and now when I get to Orsha I always have lunch there. Excellent Georgian cuisine, probably one of the best in the country that I have tried. Pleasant, calm interior and decent service. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor, and a cafe downstairs. The kitchen is unified. Once a very colorful chef came into view and looking at him, the feeling is the same - it will be very tasty :) !!!
There is also an attached kiosk with fresh pastries and cooking. They say that there are huge chebureks that will pleasantly surprise not only in size, but also in cost!

Delicious Georgian and not only cuisine, high-class service and very pleased with the prices and cleanliness!!! We decided to book a table in Khvamli at 20:00. The place is open until 3 a.m.
When talking on the phone with the administrator, she asked to send me a photo of the price list of the bar , because they ordered a table so that everything was ready for our arrival, of course they did not send me anything, although she reminded me more than once! The list of bars is not listed on the website.
The day before the date, they called and said that the institution would be open until 00, referring to the fact that they would have "few people " on SATURDAY
Do you fortune tellers know how many people will come to you?
We had everything booked and discussed the menu at what time to serve!
Naturally, we did not go to Khwamli after this dialogue

Firstly, the dishes were served in a strange way , first they brought cold French fries , after that a barbecue and after 30 minutes they only brought a salad , okay , this is not the most disgusting thing
The most interesting thing is that there was a huge white hair in the salad, the waiter did not even react in any way , just came up and took the dishes without saying a word

A great place with Georgian cuisine. Considering that there are no such places left in Vitebsk, we are ready to go to Orsha for delicious khinkali and khachapuri, everything is delicious.But if we compare the level at the opening and now, the bowl with beef is no longer so tasty, before the meat fell apart into fibers and melted in the mouth, but now there are quite a lot of veins and hard pieces, we decided not to take it anymore, everything else is still holding.

It's not much of an establishment. The service could not be worse: dirty plates from previous dishes were on the table all evening, crumbs, there were few napkins, and I had to ask for salt. Dishes and snacks were placed on the table in a chaotic manner. Khinkali is not the most delicious-I would say tasteless. It was impossible to eat like that with mushrooms. Dolma is edible, but too much rice.
Chanakhi is a huge plate (but not a pot), close to the original, spicy, but in moderation.
Saperavi is a three.
But in general, it's not bad, the choice of dishes is sufficient, I recommend it.

We drove through Orsha and, getting hungry, began searching for a more or less decent place for lunch, and seeing that it was Georgian cuisine, the choice immediately fell on this place. We went up to the second floor of the institution, it was 40 degrees outside (judging by the thermometer), and the room was quite stuffy, but overall not so bad. We were served by a very nice waiter girl, but unfortunately the food disappointed us, it was tasteless and there was a long wait for khinkali. We ordered khinkali with mutton - the mutton did not taste like it at all (the day before I ordered it elsewhere - it was delicious there), khachapuri was generally brought to us burnt (attached a photo), the taste of burning was felt like that. I did not raise a discussion about this, the impression is spoiled. We wouldn't go back there a second time.

The interior is good, and the friendly and efficient waiters. From the bad - the cuisine leaves one wanting to be Georgian. Khinkali is bland, there is little meat, there is no broth inside. But the water in which they were boiled was also poured into a plate. The dough is thick. I'm sorry, but they are absolutely tasteless.
According to the version of this institution, Kuchmachi is fried chicken livers and stomachs with onions. Rubber ones. Without spices typical for Georgian cuisine. However, pomegranate seeds are present, I must admit. I think if an institution is called a Georgian cuisine restaurant, then such basics as khinkali should be on top.
Of course, this is my subjective opinion, it may not coincide with the opinion of other visitors.

We visited this institution in the city of Orsha, while traveling from Moscow to Minsk. I didn't like the food, I ordered khinkali, khachapuri (the dough is not fluffy) and salads (not the first freshness). We wanted to order ribs and a shank, but our neighbors at the restaurant convinced us not to do it, since they had already ordered it and were disappointed. In general, unfortunately, it did not work out for us.
