IT's just A NIGHTMARE!!!! The female administrator was inadequate, rude, and shouted all the time. When we arrived, the bath was not ready, we waited 10 minutes for it to be removed, but okay, anything happens.The bathhouse was ordered from 16:30 to 18:30, paid immediately. 20 minutes before our exit, the woman began not just knocking, but kicking and breaking the door, demanding that we open, although we were washing at that time, but the woman insisted and did not stop breaking down the door (literally) allegedly, she had to go to the steam room. She did not react to our words that we still have time, for which we paid in any way, and threatened that she would break down the door! It was even scary ! After we called the police, the woman left. We left 10 minutes earlier, the cleaning lady came in, who was also shocked by her behavior. The cleaner said that this is the mistress of the bathhouse! I hope that this is not the case, and this woman will be fired and sent for treatment! Because it is impossible to work with people in such an inadequate way!!!

Terrible service.A female administrator (if you can call her that) spoils the business of the owner of the bathhouse with her rudeness.It was the first time.We came in with our daughters and at that time this woman was kicking the door and demanding that we pay in advance.I explained to her how we would go out and pay since we were no longer dressed.A man, a stoker, walked next to her.What did she start screaming at:Then come out.To avoid a conflict, I slipped through the door and paid.There was so much abuse on her part.Turns Naty on the move.
For twenty minutes while we were washing, she knocked and pulled the door again to get out.A man was walking next to her again.I explained that we were getting dressed.She screamed that I doubted her sanity.As a result, we left at 15:50. She didn't return the check to us.There is proof in the form of a video where she snatched my iPhone and broke the protective glass.The witnesses were the grandfather and grandmother who were waiting.
