The service is terrible. They didn't even manage to diagnose the suspension. After replacing the suspension elements on the camber, it was found that the steering tip was backlash. It's the same story with finding an oil leak. They sent it to the engine wash, after which they found and eliminated only an obvious leak from under the plug, which was visible even without washing the engine. The rest could not be checked for leaks, or they forgot, or they were too lazy to do it. The masters are only capable of performing elementary and obvious work, they do not want to do something more complicated. For example: there was a task to replace the alternator belt, because I have already driven more than 50 t.km. - they refused, because "It is still normal, it still looks like" (I have difficult access to it and a "sophisticated" tensioner).
• By appointment on a certain date to change the oil in the box, they offered to leave the car for the whole day!! Why then record in principle, if there is work for 2 hours!?
• At night the car is in an open state in an unguarded parking lot. Yes, maybe there are cameras there, but why these problems then, if anything, if you can just simply press the button on the key and the car will be closed!?
• When the car is ready, they did not call that the car is ready. 10 minutes before the end of the working day, I called myself, it turns out the car is ready, you can pick it up. When asked why they didn't call, he replied, "I actually have a queue here, young man."
• Prices for spare parts are inflated by +35%. Yes, no one forces me to buy spare parts through them, they also have to earn money from this.. I understand. But not 35%.
One of the advantages (if you can call it that) is that the master coped well with the standard work of replacing suspension elements.
