It became clear why I felt strange. For me, it is not clear at all where this neglect comes from. Grandma heard that I didn't understand and decided to assert myself. There was another saleswoman who did not say hello, although I addressed them both. There were no badges and no uniforms either. Maybe it was my daughter who was sitting for the company. Grannies need to re-read their standards. I wonder: are mystery shoppers checking this network?
