I liked it here.
The room was spacious and clean (20 squares somewhere, the whole is covered with light carpet).
The administration is responsive.
WiFi is working.
There is air conditioning.
The walls are not cardboard, the neighbors do not interfere.
The location is convenient (in the city center).
The price, in my opinion, is adequate.
Minuses:
- I didn't really like the breakfasts - they were too simple.
- Perhaps someone will not like the parking area - it is spacious, but too passable, not isolated from the roadway in any way.
- One of the two batteries did not heat, which is a little unpleasant in November. But at the same time there is an air conditioner with the possibility of heating, I turned it on at night, so it was still warm in the room.
- They don't accept cards, only cash. But there is an ATM at the end of the hotel. However, it didn't help me (I'm from Russia, my cards didn't work here).
I lived here while I was on a business trip.
For work - in general, the level is very pleasant. When I go to Khromtau again, of course, I will stop here.

We found this hotel in Yandex maps, the phone number is not specified to check availability!!! It was half past one at night, we turned off the highway to find a place to stay, arrived here, the doors are closed, a woman is sitting at the reception, knocked, she looked at her watch, thought about something, noted something in her head, came out and said there are no places. I did not believe it, firstly the hotel is large, secondly there were only 2 cars parked, thirdly there was no light in any window (I understand the night, but still). Let's move on, I think she was just too lazy to do anything. Please add a phone number on the maps, it's not a joke to drive in the middle of the night and stumble upon such fake hotels

An excellent hotel, homemade breakfasts, a coffee machine in the lobby where you can pay for the Caspian. The rooms are cozy, air-conditioned. One of the inconveniences is paying for the hotel in cash. The shower is fixed at the top permanently, which is extremely inconvenient

The hotel is from Kazchrome. Convenient location. There is a kettle in the room, 1L water in the room. There is a work desk and a comfortable armchair. A large TV on the wall. The service is in the Soviet style :), I haven't seen this for a long time. Breakfast is plentiful, but very simple: scrambled eggs, porridge, yogurt, cheese. The water in the shower is hot, towels and linen are clean, there is a bathrobe and slippers.

the most terrible place, I would even excuse the expression, I would say a finished place, justified by the fact that there is no normal service, it feels like it turned out to be 40 years ago, the staff is rude, breakfast after which you burp for two days, the water in the shower runs either hot or cold, between the average is not given "you're temporary here", the room stinks with unwashed pillowcases like a corpse under the bed, in winter it is cold due to the lack of normal heating, people are forced to demand an additional heater from the staff and then !!! It's a stretch only after 20 thousand screams. the price for the rooms is not justified!!! you can't smoke either (okay, I'm not talking about it everywhere), there's not even a complaint book!!! in general, if you are on a business trip or just visiting, find anything but chromite :) avoid this rotten place ... the staff, I repeat, is not really rude, as if savok still remained and people were still hanging there .... zhana Kazakhstan ? Noooo haven't heard :) oh, I forgot the Internet here, too, shit is still ... one non-standard router for the entire hotel, works according to the mood, in general I do not recommend it at all, do not read the upcoming reviews, obviously someone from the staff has set up to overestimate the rating :)

Chromite is only getting better. After renovation, the rooms have a modern design, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, water, refrigerator, kettle. The only negative is the heating. Either the calculation is incorrect, or the losses are large, but the rooms are cool in winter. Because of this, an additional electric heater will be required. By the way, there is breakfast in the room rate.

Like all hotels and establishments in Khromtau, cash is accepted for payment. Cards are not accepted. The rooms are good, yes, perhaps the best in the city.
There are no special complaints about the cafe / dining room, but it is noticeable that some dishes have been waiting for the customer for several days (it is especially clear from the cherished meat). And that margarine is used instead of butter (it does not melt in your hands). In general, the food is varied, you will not get poisoned for sure, but there is no benefit either.

The service is completely missing. The price is 18,800 and it also does not include breakfast. The connection to the Wi-Fi must be coordinated with the management of the GOK. It took me two days, and then it turned out that there was no Internet. Why do I need a network if there is no Internet? Bullying is all it is. Upon arrival (early after seven), I wanted to have breakfast closer to 9 o'clock (breakfast 7-9), but I was warned to go eat now or everyone will leave. And everything like that. The refrigerator in the room is empty, there is not even water. In general, I was there two times, the first and the last.
