I've never written a review, but I couldn't help myself. I bought a mattress in this good store. We have been using it for more than 2 months. No back pain, healthy sleep. The material is very pleasant to the touch (the winter side is velvet, the summer side is traditional). The Askona Soul Fines mattress (160*200) is highly recommended. I was very pleased with the reinforced edge, it does not roll off when you sit on the edge.

Everything is fine when the furniture is delivered of proper quality. But when it's the other way around, it's a lot of problems and wasted time. A very long wait for a complaint. It's just not clear why customers should suffer so much.

We ordered a kitchen, the measurer told us that we had to wait a month for another countertop, ordered a pencil case of the same color, discussed with a consultant, something completely different came, came to the store to figure out why it turned out this way, the girl who made the order was on vacation, there was another one for her, when I asked for the owner's number, they did not give me, asked for a complaint book, too, they refused I was not satisfied with this attitude.
