I pre-booked a room for 2 dates, as for the location (+), in my case near the railway station, I was passing through Lviv. On the first day, the room was equipped with facilities on the floor (kitchen, shower, toilet). For a one-night stand, everything is 4 points. A suite was booked on the way back. I arrived at 00:30 and then the thriller begins: the HOSTEL slept like a baby. She rang, knocked - ZERO. I went to the train station, called on the phone, was answered, returned, as a result, I checked in at almost 3 a.m. At the same time, they told me: "Everything works for us" and they did not hear anything, although the bell rang all over the street and the rattle of the metal gate was the same. In general, draw conclusions. They all sleep very soundly there, they do not apologize for the inconvenience caused, let alone compensate. That's the kind of EUROPE we have.
