Convenient location, satisfactory conditions. A significant disadvantage is the bathrooms, otherwise the rating would be higher. The bathrooms are dirty, the shower handles are broken in the men's shower. Liquid soap is in short supply. Nevertheless, it is quite an acceptable option for inexpensive housing.

Pros: cheap, in the center (15-20 minutes to Khreshchatyk), clean, good Internet. Cons: it is very noisy if the Windows overlook the Embankment.
