We had a rest from 1.01.23-08.01.23 Excellent hotel, very polite staff, always help. The spa is open from 10-23, but they don't kick you out if you stay longer. Spa area with a swimming pool , 2 saunas, billiards and tennis .
On the 1st floor there is a restaurant, delicious food, popular among the locals.

While staying at the restaurant, there was a fight between the waiters at the playground. The children and mothers were shocked and stressed. The food is not worth the prices we paid. There are no discounts for pensioners. Most of the food is prepared according to Turkish recipes, tasteless.

We celebrated a birthday there, the staff consists of students who mainly serve events with morning pilaf. Accordingly, the quality of service does not correspond to the level that the restaurant claims. Almost everyone waited for a very long time, even the tea that was brought after the cake was served. The menu, in my opinion, is very meager and boring. The interior is beautiful, but this is the maximum that can be highlighted. I think management should review the level of service and staff. If they don't fix it, then this place will remain a one-time institution.
