I used to order from them, they got into the size, the edge was smooth, the cut was relatively clean, in general there were no complaints, except for the deadlines - they answer half a day, the bill is issued tomorrow, they saw for two weeks. A couple of times the details of the facades came with a scratch, we had to pick up the front side. Their technologist also accepts complex milling operations only through the basis model, although the drawings were transferred to autocad, they could not import them, they had to do it themselves. But last time, half of the parts turned out to have small chips on the ends. Either the saw blade is blunt, or it is not balanced. When they took it away, they didn't look at it, but they started collecting it only a month later. In general, it's time to try other organizations.

I've been working with Holtz for 1.5 years now, I visited them on Mayakovsky, Shchomyslitsa and in the north they have a warehouse (I don't remember the address). Well, everything is clear and friendly everywhere, well done, in fact, they will tell you and check the model, if something does not fit into the cutting, they will help you beat it and speed up delivery, if it burns, in general they go to a meeting. A pleasant exception: not as usual with "business in Belarusian ", as they find out that they are not an IP employee, but so they strain on you, I will also help you and smile.
