Excellent location, friendly and friendly staff, beautiful view of the city from the panoramic window. The standard room with separate beds is small, but it has everything you need-a safe, a small refrigerator, a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, daily bottles of water. However, slippers and a hygiene kit are available on request. There is not enough space for hanging clothes, but we had enough. The breakfasts are also good. I definitely recommend this hotel

The location is great! Perhaps one of the best places in the center. A new house, a boulevard with fountains, cafes and restaurants for different tastes, the whole center is within walking distance. To live comfortably. The furniture, mattresses, sofas are in very good condition, the linen is fresh. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
I lowered it by a star for a communal nuisance: a leak from the neighbors from above, I had to clean the water in the apartment for 3 days. The technician comes quickly, but can't do anything, because he's watering from somewhere above.

I liked the location of the hotel! The very center. Everything is within walking distance. A hotel without chic, small rooms. All the amenities are there. The most plus is that it is located on a walking alley, where there is no dense flow of cars. Quietly, calmly. A large number of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The breakfasts are simple but delicious. The room is cleaned every day, the staff speaks 3 languages fluently.

Good location in the very center. The room is not that big, but it is quite comfortable for one person. Clean, cozy, there is even an ironing board and iron in the room, for which a separate respect. Greetings! We stayed at this hotel at the end of October while we were on a trip to Yerevan. Just like in other Holiday Inns, everything is fine here. Polite Russian-speaking staff, delicious breakfasts, Armenian lavash for breakfast, of course, is also available. Comfortable rooms. Everything is there: hair dryer, TV, safe, refrigerator, wi-fi, hangers, toothbrushes, shower gel, delicious liquid soap, shampoo, disposable slippers, air conditioning. Nothing broke, everything was fine, neat, clean, room cleaning every day. An awesome fair with the sale of everything in the world and delicious food takes place in front of the hotel every weekend!

An excellent hotel, conveniently located, the staff is young and friendly, they try to help with any question, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory.
The room is small but comfortable, everything is thought out. Cleaning every day, comfortable shower room, towels are changed daily.
The only thing that spoiled a pleasant stay at the hotel was vacuuming for respawn every morning around 8.30. The fact is that the breakfast tables are located right next to it. You're sitting with a cup of coffee and a croissant, and a powerful vacuum cleaner is humming next to you. That sooooo prevented you from enjoying the morning! And it bothered many guests. We wondered why it was so necessary to start vacuuming right during breakfast, which ends at 10 o'clock.
Otherwise, a pleasant impression. The hotel keeps the brand.

You can really hear the neighbors, but they were quiet, so it didn't bother at all) Yes, and we just came to spend the night.
We take off 1 star only for a strange parking situation: we clarified in advance at the reception about the availability of Parking. We received a response: "There is no parking, but in front of the hotel it is free, but very busy." The next day we arrived and wanted to park in front of the hotel, as we were lucky and had a place. We were about to get out of the car, when suddenly a man appeared who demanded money from us for parking, and without naming a certain amount, but asked how much it was not a pity, and then called the amount of 1000 drams. We gave the money to the man because there was no choice. We went in to check at the reception who this man was, as he immediately ran up and began to say that he was the owner here. We don't mind paying for parking if there are such rules, but we would like to be warned that parking is still paid and there are no fixed prices.

I am staying at this hotel for the second time. I'll start with what I like. This is a great location in the very center of the city, within walking distance to all interesting tourist places. The view from the window is given to the square for the second time. Nicely. The room is clean, cozy, has everything you need, a kettle, coffee, tea, table, ottoman. A safe and even an ironing board and iron. A large TV. There is a nice shampoo and shower gel in the shower (Dave bottle). There is a computer on the ground floor if you need to buy a ticket or something from a desktop computer. The bed linen and pillows are of excellent quality. The towels are nice and big. The excellent location of the hotel, next to a park with fountains, many attractions within walking distance. We had a room with a stunning view of Ararat. The rooms are very small, a very small wardrobe, only two narrow shelves, one of which is very high and not comfortable, and two do not have enough hangers. The room has an iron, ironing board, kettle, tea bags, and two bottles of water were given daily. There is also a refrigerator, it worked poorly in our room, it barely cooled. I really didn't like the pillows, they all seemed hard and whichever side you turn (they should be soft on one side and hard on the other). Neighbors could be heard talking loudly for several evenings.
The room was cleaned every day.
The breakfasts could have been better, they do not differ in variety, vegetables, eggs in different variations, pastries were delicious, but sausages and oatmeal porridge were not very good. We also ordered food at the hotel several times, also average, one serving of chicken was very tough.
The staff is different, some are friendly, some are not.
Since they mostly returned to the hotel to rest, the pros crossed out the indicated cons. But the hotel has a lot to strive for in terms of improving service.
