An excellent recreation center, very beautiful views, a large well-maintained territory, there is a place to walk and take pictures. The photos are very atmospheric. Interesting houses, have a good rest with the company, there is a fireplace in front of the houses, you can buy firewood from the administrator. Table chairs outside, perfect for a picnic. The house has a kitchen with a set of dishes, which is a big plus. We celebrate family holidays, as a rule, in the summer with noisy companies with music, always fun and beautiful. We are happy with everything. A civil campsite where you can even come in stilettos and a dress. Cars are launched into the territory, you can sleep peacefully and know that the car is in a safe area and not behind a fence

An excursion to Hobbiton for about 2 hours, takes place only with a guide. They are loaded onto the bus, delivered, unloaded on the spot. And back the same way. We walked along the path, there are houses along it, you can not approach them, so as not to spoil the view) there is one house in which you can take pictures inside, and with the door open, the rest are a dummy) The tour is in English, and before it you can take a map in Russian, which will contain approximately the same information as the guide tells you. All the views, as in the film, are unreal greenery and sky, unrealistically thought-out houses, down to the smallest detail, everything is preserved in the same state due to self-awareness and the guide's calls to walk only along the paths! There is a tasting of one of the 4 drinks to choose from and a little free time at the tavern.
