Convenient location, interesting and cozy interior, and delicious cuisine along with simply disgusting service! Everything is sooo slow, the waiters can barely walk, the kharcho soup (which is included in the business lunch) is carried for 20-25 minutes, and boiling water is brought, which is impossible to eat! that is, you won't have time to eat in peace during an hour's break. One more thing. Apparently, no one teaches the waiters anything there... they absolutely do not know how to move dishes from the tray to the table (they take the cup for the place where the guest, in theory, will touch his mouth; they splash soup, etc.)
it's a great place, I liked everything, very polite and trained staff, the food is prepared quickly and efficiently, very tasty, they tried their best on the interior, they decorated the place very beautifully!!
I liked everything, the food is fast and delicious, the waitresses are polite. Atmospheric. We've been there 3 times and everything is fine every time. BUT THEY COULDN'T ORDER DELIVERY, NUMBER 344 IS BLOCKED, YOU CALL OTHER NUMBERS, THEY SAY THAT THIS IS THE HALL AND SAY GOODBYE... they wrote to the telegram chat and called us back, accepted the order.
The atmosphere in the establishment is good, cozy, the service is good relative to other establishments, the food is disgusting, the Georgian direction of the establishment, spices should be felt in the dishes, and they are either bland or over-salted. I visited the place several times, ordered delivery several times, I like everything, but the cuisine was disappointing.
Thames salad with lightly salted salmon is very simple, as if in a dining room. But the fish should be cleaned more efficiently.
To say that the service is at 0 is to say nothing, bring the fish with a whiff, then all the staff sniff it and bring it back with the words "fresh fish, eat" - this is also the norm for the staff of the institution!
For 40 minutes, pouring a simple chicken soup and a shurpa into a container with yourself is also the norm!
I am generally silent about the incompetence and unfriendly communication of the staff!
It is a pity that the staff is not being informed of the main truth - your politeness is your money!
Satisfied customer is your money!
The simplest service culture is your money!
And most importantly, it doesn't seem to bother the owners of the establishment either, and no one has invested their souls in the institution.…
The service is slow, the waiters are not experienced.
Kitchen for 3. Tbilisi salad, lemonades are quite normal. Khinkali with meat is not tasty, 2 out of 5 pieces were torn - the dough is hard.
They couldn't bring us tea because there weren't enough teapots. Moreover, it was reported in a completely ordinary tone, without apologies, like a normal situation.
It's cold in the bathroom. There is no toilet paper, no hand towels. The water in the faucet was running in a very thin trickle and icy.
I really liked the place. Cozy and atmospheric. Pleasant waitresses, the bright interior pleases. The cuisine is also quite good, especially the price tag and the grilled cheese.
Great location, good cuisine and excellent staff. We'll be in Mariupol again, and we'll definitely stop by for a bite to eat. By the way, they accept a dog without question.
It's a nice, sweet place. Delicious cuisine. In such an environment, you forget about what's going on around you. The staff is very polite and helpful. The prices are quite reasonable.
We ordered delivery, we open a children's Burger, there is a hair right there, a rubber chicken fillet kebab (some pieces are undercooked). The administration dealt with the issue for two hours. When they offered to exchange this food for a new one, they said we definitely wouldn't do that.
They're calling, no specifics. They just mumble into the phone. No customer orientation.
Communication with clients is at a very low level.
We were your regular customers, but after that, no one wants to stay with you. Teach your waiters and receptionists how to communicate with people and solve problems in an environmentally friendly way!
It is very cold in the children's area, when asked if it should be made warmer, they said that it was impossible. 😔 The children are frozen, their hands are icy. There was a child's doctor, there was no gift in honor of the holiday. She asked for a candle for dessert. 😔
There were no waiters in the hall, I had to leave them every time to order something.
Terrible place in terms of service!
At first, they reluctantly found a table, although half of the hall was empty, then they waited for the waiter for 20 minutes so that she would just take the order!
They asked the children for juice, which they carried for 15 minutes and brought ice cold!
The receipt was actually delivered in a long hair, mega-nice!
You go there and it feels like you asked for it.
Terrible service! We have to wait 15-20 minutes until the waiter deigns to bring the menu! It feels like they're going to hard labor, not serving people. Choose another place to work if you don't like it.
Everything is very, very tasty, fresh, and satisfying! Quickly cooked! The service is perfect!

It looked like a decent place, but in fact it's not quite like that.
The hostess met with a displeased face, the waiter was waited for about 15 minutes, until they turned to the hostess for help. The waitress's face was as displeased as the hostess's. I accepted the order with an error, although I repeated it three times. The kitchen is average. Payment is in cash only.
I think that the manager of this institution needs to work with the staff on the topic of customer orientation, courtesy and attentiveness when ordering.
I visited this wonderful place, waited half an hour to take the order, the waiters and the receptionist walk by and ignore it as if it were supposed to be.
