We recently visited the Khmel restaurant in Minsk and were very satisfied! The atmosphere of the place is simply amazing – cozy and warm, with pleasant music that creates the perfect mood for an evening with friends or, in our case, with a significant other!
The service was top-notch: the waiters are attentive, polite and always ready to help with the selection of dishes and drinks, Vlada and Nikita - you are super! The menu was full of variety, from classic beer snacks to more refined dishes.
It is also worth noting the bar menu – a large selection of beers, both draft and craft. The prices are quite reasonable, considering the quality of the service and food.
In general, the “Hop” is the place where you want to return. We will definitely come again and recommend it to all our friends!

If you are looking for a cozy place for a great dinner in Minsk, Khmel is an excellent choice. The atmosphere of the place is conducive to a relaxed rest, and the food here is really delicious — I especially recommend trying Bavarian sausages and borscht. The choice of draft beer is also impressive, which will please fans of this drink.
The only nuance worth considering is the sound from the speakers. It interferes with communication a little, which may not be very comfortable, especially if you plan to spend the evening in company. But otherwise, Hops is a wonderful place with friendly staff and an excellent menu. Be sure to check here if you are looking for a good place to relax and have delicious food.

The most excellent beer restaurant in Minsk. Fast serving, delicious dishes, not much choice, but delicious beer on taps. Large portions, average prices. It is located next to the railway station. We lived next door in a hotel, it was very convenient to go to dinner. Only positive impressions, I recommend you to visit.

I visited this place recently with friends. The interior is cozy, the staff is polite, the cuisine is delicious, the steering wheel is simply bombastic. But I was unexpectedly disappointed by the poor selection of beer. THERE ARE ONLY 6 POSITIONS! It doesn't matter at all for a brasserie! Maybe because it was Saturday and everyone had drunk the day before, Even at the bottling points there are more than 20 varieties!

We rested in this institution on 12/27/24, until 2 a.m., we did not expect it ourselves. The atmosphere is fire, music, music videos, everything in the background. Nothing interfered with the communication of the team, and it surprised me, no one shouted over anyone, although the hall was full.
I really liked it, the attentive staff, the hot snacks were brought very quickly, they didn't have time to eat the cold ones. The waiters didn't mess around, as they always did, they kept an eye on everything and everyone. No one was bored, the service is excellent, special thanks to the kitchen, everything is very tasty, and most importantly satisfying. We had a rest in the sixth, everyone was satisfied!!! We will definitely go again, there are more such establishments!!!

We were here after the New Year. The hall was completely empty, but the girl who greeted us said "everything is reserved" and refused to let us in. You have an empty hall - "we're waiting for football fans in 40 minutes, unfortunately we can't put you at the table," with no options. That is, the place is not for ordinary visitors, but seems to be for some kind of "football fans".
The next day, however, we managed to have dinner there, the dishes from the menu "Belarusian cuisine" are excellent, they look delicious and beautiful, the service is fast.

The beer bar with a good menu is decorated with a sports theme. The availability of a lunch menu at very pleasant prices is an undoubted advantage of this institution.
The food is delicious and fresh. With an average fullness of the hall, the dishes are still served quickly enough.
The only negative was for me (perhaps the day was unsuccessful); I came on a weekday at lunch and at first they carried the menu for a very long time, and then they also went to take the order for a long time. At the same time, the staff is very polite and tactful.
Otherwise, I am happy with the establishment.

We went to Minsk for 4 days. On the first evening, the company went to the hop, as it is next to the hotel. All the next days we dined only there. A very cozy, friendly cafe. Delicious food, salads, croutons, pancakes with large meat patties and beer! The music is also great! We will definitely come back when we visit again!

We went in on Saturday evening, when there was a broadcast of the match and a lot of fans. We were offered to go to another hall, but all the noise can be heard there, as well as in the main hall. The cost of dishes on the menu is high even by St. Petersburg standards, there is almost no choice of beer, which is very strange and sad for a beer restaurant. I can leave a review on the food, since I did not choose this place for dinner for the reasons described above.

The most beautiful institution. In my humble opinion, here are the best draniki in Minsk. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, the serving is fast. The interior is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and attentive.
It's a pity there is no way to leave a tip by bank transfer. I've been to this place 3 times and every time everything was excellent

So my collection has been replenished with another good place where the food is not only delicious, but also "up to the belly". The last one was Tverskoy Suvorov, and here you meet Minsk The Hop. Initially, the name was slightly confused - yes, it is a pub, but a restaurant with a completely independent good cuisine. The first time it turned out to be sincere, delicious, but I couldn't finish it, it was a lot even for a hungry me))) The next time I looked at the menu carefully and it turned out perfectly. And yes, the answer to the most common question is not expensive (it's estimated that dinner for two with drinks (I took liqueurs and beer) turns out to be less than 100 Belarusian rubles / less than 3000 rubles). The location is perfect for those who travel by train - the train station is opposite. The local cuisine is presented (I took the draniki - the most delicate). I did not get to borscht for several visits - the most gorgeous "opohmelka" (soup solyanka). Booking from the website, alas, does not work - you need to call. The staff is very friendly, they know their cuisine and "how it should be". In short, I boldly recommend that when ordering, take into account the volume of portions (in fact, everything is written in the menu, look at the first figure, if there are more than 300 - this is a big dish, count your strength (like a life hack - take for two, they will bring you plates or divide them in the kitchen - very customer-oriented guys), if less than 100 - this is a "diflope";)

During the Barcelona match, there were 2 waiters and one room for everyone. The man was covering half of the screen with his head. The waiter came up after 30 minutes, saying that he did not have time, but the waitress simply ignored him. For a pub, 6 beers on tap is a shame. They couldn't even taste the food, because the beer was just taken from the tap after 40 minutes, so they would have waited for the food until tomorrow. I don't understand where 4.7 comes from here. Without the Barcelona match, the institution is for 3, and if there are more than 20 people in the institution - for 1. No beer to drink, no food. “thanks.
