I do not understand at all why this store, there is never fresh bread, maybe the employees of this enterprise have their own understanding of "freshness")) For comparison, in Minsk, in any bakery store, bread rolls are always hot with a crispy crust, buns are only from the oven, queues for fresh and hot pastries. It feels like I went into a village store with bread from the day before yesterday, and this is at a bakery. Generally a lame place....

For a branded bakery shop, the assortment is quite modest. But you can almost always buy a loaf of fresh bread or a loaf. Everything else (buns, cookies, gingerbread, etc.) is as lucky as you are. Sometimes it's fresher, sometimes not so much.
