There was a complete lack of customer orientation , they can easily remove a pre -order without informing the customer about it , more than once . Where is the shopping center in Gorlovka? I really hope to get a response from the factory. And the bread is wonderfully delicious, but the organization of delivery discourages the desire to cooperate.
