When they first opened, there was no limit to happiness: always fresh pastries, desserts, muffins, full showcases, a wide range, delicious coffee. I came by every morning. And now the shelves are empty: there are two or three cakes in the window with desserts (before 10-12), there are no sausages in puff pastry for three weeks and in general the assortment has become small (count the positions on the fingers of one hand. And bread, by the way, has always been wrong. Fresh, but thick, coarse crust, which is difficult to cut through even with a special bread knife, well, it tastes inferior to bread from other points in the city.
If you return the assortment , I will give you 5 stars 😜

Delicious, but not enough. I went in for buns several times between 19:00 and 20:00 (the main stream of people leaving work at about this hour), and the windows are already empty. Hence the question, why do you work until 21.00 if you have nothing to buy in the evening? Obviously, there is a high demand, increase production, or reduce the working hours).

It is important to understand, guys, that by taking on a franchise, you are taking on a big and heavy burden of top-end service, brand, and quality.
There were three times: the following points can be distinguished in dynamics:
1️⃣Each of the three times there were no necessary ingredients (syrup, turmeric, etc.) offered in the drinks menu, which initially overshadows the choice, limiting it.
2. it is not clear why, having redone the drink twice, I did not get a drink in accordance with the menu
3. Considering that we were initially very disposed to this institution, knowing the brand, it is strange to hear comments from the waiter guys about "self-service" when you just took the tray away with you.
It looks ugly...

It seems that we live in Kazakhstan:the flour seems to have its own - the buns are already 500-600 tg.
The salary for Kazakhstanis does not seem to be 500,000 tenge. This is my personal opinion. Thanks!
