I liked the hotel. Original rooms, courteous staff who tries to solve all the issues that arise. The beds are large and comfortable. There is an opportunity to sit in the evening in the courtyard of the hotel. There is also a swimming pool, but at the beginning of April it was not working yet. The breakfasts are very decent, everything is delicious. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town. There is a supermarket and a railway station nearby.
Among the disadvantages, there is not always hot water, good audibility in the room and not very good Wi-Fi.

Modest rooms and breakfasts, but very polite and helpful staff. There is a swimming pool, without heating, can only be used in the warmer months. Close to the old town and the amusement park. If you are used to hot water, good beds and pillows, clean bathroom mats, a working shower and a normal breakfast, you will not like it there.
The hotel has its own ideas about beauty.
On the plus side: the staff is really trying! As they can. Location: close to shops, banks, attractions.
Cons: the water barely flows and is barely warm, the air conditioners creak, the beds are terrible, the pillows are terrible, the cleaning is terrible. The audibility is enormous! The neighbor is snuffling as he lies next to you. Breakfast - instant coffee, boiled eggs, lots of different breads, jams, cucumbers))
At the weekend, a crowd of locals arrived and screamed all night.

We visited in April 2025. The hotel is of course very modest. Ichan Kala is a 10-minute walk away. What I didn't like: 1) super audibility you can hear everything (!) that happens in the next room, right down to brushing your teeth; 2) some kind of constant smell of food in the hotel corridor (; 3) hard beds, literally sore sides after it, 4) breakfast is very, very modest. But of the advantages, I want to mention the very friendly staff, who at once brightened up all the disadvantages.

The hotel is frankly bad. The audibility in the rooms is absolute, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower is leaking, the breakfasts are poor. In the room, even the sockets were located not by the bed, but on the opposite wall.

We wanted to do it richly, but it turned out, as always. You start to look closely and realize that the hotel is economy. Plumbing whistles, sleeping without earplugs is a problem. In the morning, the cleaners start talking loudly, laughing, rattling, so don't sleep, and it's just unpleasant. In terms of cleanliness, everything is fine, except for the glasses in the room, which apparently forget to wash after previous customers. In the room there are bathrobes, slippers, shampoo and 0.5 ml of water only upon check-in, then buy it yourself. In general, the hotel pulls in its 3 stars, if you do not pay attention to the little things.

It is beautiful, but there are many little things that overshadow this beauty and friendliness. They do not replenish the rooms with water, they have to ask, they do not take out the trash, they need to put chairs in the room, check the plumbing (the shower flowed, the toilet seat was broken, although it was fixed), sockets are hanging out.
