Good afternoon. Why are self-service cash desks installed in the store if there is no employee on site who controls the process of their work and cannot help customers. And when you ask who can help, the answer is boorish. When asked to help, employees behave rudely and not professionally.
Good afternoon! The administrator's service was terrible, the self-service checkout administrator was absent from the workplace (07/21/2024). When asked to serve customers, the employees began to respond aggressively (claiming that we were acting on principle, not going to a regular cash register), the staff did not present a complaint book.
Sellers would have to be taught the minimum rules of communication and attitude to the buyer and it would be OK. And then, from time to time, it feels like you come to beg, and they condescend to you. Not all of them, of course, but many.
