The store is literally a hit)) the prices are very encouraging. The staff is good, the cash registers are sometimes full, but it's good, people know where to stock up well ;) a large selection of high-quality non-expired products. When you come in, it feels like home. Very warm, both in the shower and in temperature)

I may not always have the goods I need, but the atmosphere of friendliness, sincerity and goodwill is worth a lot!

I visited this store 10-15 minutes before closing time. I wanted to use the gift certificate, I stood at the checkout for 15 minutes because the cashier didn't know how to spend it, but that's not even a problem, I never used the certificate, moreover, I also lost it.
Either the cash register went off, or that another woman came up to the cashier and they tried to figure it out together, but nothing worked, I was asked to pay for the purchase because I couldn't get the certificate, I did it, to which they told me that "the receipt wasn't closed, so the amount on the certificate will remain"
Today I wanted to use it again in another store of the chain, to which I received the answer that "the certificate is empty,"
Respectively, I lost money on the certificate and paid for the purchase.
Store management, please pay attention to the qualifications of your employees.
