I was there for the first time today. I really liked the store.repairs have been made.the store has a cool air conditioner.naturally, the products do not spoil so much.disadvantages.The store is located in a bad place.there is no population and it is always empty.There are 2-5 people walking around the hall.high prices for fruit and vegetable products

The assortment is good, I like the location of the store, the assortment, but there is a problem with the sellers. We arrived at 19 o'clock and there were two sellers in the hall: one at the meat counter and a guy at the cash register and a lot of people. The guy punched everything smartly, calmly. Well done, such a load on him alone at the end of the shift. The store's management has a big disadvantage. You can't keep track of everyone, and this is the margenals' favorite store.

The score is lowered due to simple carelessness. When buying alcohol, for example, at a self-service checkout, an administrator is required, WHO is NOT PRESENT IN THIS STORE. The cashier has to get up from behind the cash register, go to the self-service checkout while the queue is waiting. The idea of self-service is good, but bring it to the end, take a person to solve this problem and, at the very least, with a high flow of customers, put them at a regular cash register.there is a lot to strive for, it's really a pity for both cashiers and buyers' time

Of the 2 ticket offices, only one always works, even when there is a large queue. Cashiers are rude. I haven't seen this in any store. It is strange that the management does not pay attention to this. It's not neat to go shopping there. I prefer Euroopt near the Komsomolets cinema. There the attitude towards customers is polite. This is how it should be in the service sector.
