I want to write a VERY BAD REVIEW about a particular doctor in this clinic. We got to Boris Sergeevich Khabarovsk on recommendation. The fact that the clinic is very expensive is true, a 2-minute visual examination, after surgery and after discharge, for which other clinics would not take even 1 tenge. It costs 3 thousand.
Khabarov is probably a good surgeon, he took my cat for surgery twice and in personal contact, you can clarify something. But in the postoperative period, he was not in contact, he did not prescribe antibiotics for a week, the tank was waiting for sowing, the tank came, BS does not deign to answer a simple question, what to inject, what to give, with a complex operation and my urgent questions how can I help the cat. It feels like an animal is operating and dying out. After my threats that I would write a bad review, 7 days after the operation, someone from the staff, without dosage, wrote to me that it was possible to give an antihistamine to a cat whose nasal septum had been removed. After 7 days! The first operation also took place in this clinic and cost the same 200 thousand plus. I can't understand why there is no postoperative responsibility. In simple terms. Bestiality. Maybe they are waiting for another complication and have already had 3 operations in 3 months. It's a shame! I've never seen worse treatment anywhere. There is zero humanity!

Perhaps the doctors there are not bad, but on the phone they said that if we come and talk on the spot and they will meet us halfway and make a good discount. As a result, instead of a discount, 5-day treatment in the foundling hospital cost 162 thousand tenge. For some, it's not money, but it seems to me that it's a lot of money. The kitten had to be taken away, because they almost left without pants. And then we were threatened that the pet could be picked up only after payment. And every day in their hospital costs about 20 thousand. Therefore, my advice is to ask the price before giving the animal for treatment to this veterinary clinic.

On 07/08/2023, a dog was killed in this clinic. We left her for a simple operation (sterilization) the day before. And in the morning they called us and said that the dog had died. After the third dose of anesthesia was administered, the dog's heart stopped. According to the video, the dog got to the operating table already immobilized, but for some reason they did not connect heart rate monitoring to her, but checked her pulse with her hands. Preliminary tests for compatibility with anesthesia were also not done. Mr. Khabarov wrote in a conversation on Whatsapp that the monitor simply did not have time to be connected, but in the video the dog lay on the table for more than a minute immobilized and only then, after introducing the third part of anesthesia, the doctor began to feel the pulse in the "ultramodern" clinic with his hands. I don't recommend anything to anyone, but I hope that people who read my review will save their pets just by not going to this clinic. And yes, we were asked to make an additional payment of 13kT in addition to the prepayment of 30kT. It's such a business to kill a member of your family and take money for it.
