I never write negative reviews. There is no such habit. But this Khinkalnya left an "unforgettable" impression. I didn't meet the hostess. We sat down ourselves. They waved their hands invitingly. The menu was waited for a long time, and the opportunity to order even longer. The stated 25 minutes of waiting actually did not come close. Khachapuri is normal in Megrelian, but chashushuli is the worst of those that we have tried. And believe me, we have tried a lot. In different cities. The meat is of poor quality, the slicing of tomatoes is terrible, the stalks have not been removed. There was no morse when ordering, a replacement was offered, and they agreed to the uzvar. The receipt, however, did not contain any uzvar or the tea we ordered. There was another one, more expensive. They paid without looking at the receipt, looked at it later, did not understand, the difference is not that big, but the fact is extremely unpleasant. For a cafe in the capital, located in a busy tourist place, such service is unacceptable.

A little weak. We ordered ajahari, khachapuri in Ajarian, assorted Khinkali. In ajahari, only potatoes were delicious, the meat was tough. Khachapuri is undercooked, the dough is damp inside, they are not at all like the original. There is practically no broth in khinkali, like dumplings. Only the homemade wine was delicious.

Disgusting service! At first I had to wait for at least someone to take me to a table that was booked in advance, then they brought me a glass of wine for half an hour, then we asked if possible to transfer us to the terrace, in response we heard "watch out the window yourself, if there is a free place, then change seats." When we moved ourselves, we were ignored as much as possible, empty plates were not taken away, we asked several times to come to us. The mood for the evening is spoiled, I will advise everyone not to come here.

We visited this institution yesterday. We ordered khinkali, and other dishes, as well as a cold plate with potatoes, which turned out to be very sour. At first, I thought that maybe they were supposed to do this, but after an hour I realized why he had so much vinegar. They just hid the fact that it was already spoiled, which is why I had poisoning. I've never written reviews, but I couldn't help myself. About khinkali, we've tried it better. I would like to return just to roll out a "good" review in the book of complaints and suggestions. In general, I do not recommend this place. And if you have already come, keep in mind that you can be fed late.

We were at this restaurant 4 days ago. The service is terrible. Khinkali is all for the same taste. Kharcho soup is cold and so spicy that they did not eat it. It was not the most delicious food! The cook did not cope with more than one dish!!!

If it were possible to give a grade of -5, I would do so. We came to the summer terrace, the hostess did not come up to us, did not give us a menu. I had to take it from another table. The waiters paid no attention to us, we clapped and waved our hands. After they asked for a complaint book, the waiter just ran away, after the second response, she finally came, with the badge of another waiter. Please consider the complaint and think about which train station you are recruiting staff from.
