I recently visited the Georgian cuisine restaurant "Khinkalnaya" in the Prisma shopping center and was absolutely delighted! This place is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of hospitality and taste authentic dishes of the Caucasus.
Atmosphere:
The interior is decorated in warm, ethnic tones with wood elements and decorative details reminiscent of traditional Georgian houses. The music is unobtrusive and creates a cozy atmosphere. It is great for a family dinner, as well as for friendly gatherings.
Service:
The staff was very friendly and quickly escorted to a table. The waiter explained the menu in detail, advised on popular dishes and helped with the selection. The service is prompt, but without haste — you can feel the attention to the guests.
Food:
The main hit is, of course, khinkali! The dough is thin, the meat is juicy inside, and the "tails" are perfectly steamed. The portions are large, served with black pepper and herbs. I also recommend:
- Khachapuri in Adjarian style — airy dough, ruddy crust and the most delicate cheese filling.
- Salad with baked eggplant— spicy, with nuts and pomegranate.
- Lobio is a fragrant dish of red beans with spices.
Among the drinks, it is worth trying homemade **lemonade with tarragon** or classic Georgian tea.
Prices:
The price-quality ratio is excellent. The average check is about 800-1000 rubles per person. For such a level of cuisine and service, it is more than fair.
Cons:
There may be a lot of visitors on weekends — it's better to book a table in advance.
Result:
Khinkalnaya in Prisma is a gastronomic trip to Georgia without a plane ticket. Delicious, satisfying and soulful! The rating is 5/5. I will definitely come back here again and advise all lovers of Caucasian cuisine!

I visited the new Khinkali in the Prisma shopping center with friends, we were satisfied with everything, the cuisine is delicious, khachapuri is excellent, khinkali is awesome, katmis salad is on the level, it is cooked with soul, we were satisfied with the service, despite the heavy workload in the hall. Well done girls!!! I recommend this place.

For a three. The lessons of Georgian cuisine have not been learned. After all, these are not restaurants - they are fast food. Everything was really good, but you can't say that it was delicious. Khinkali for 4. Khachapuri for 3. But the grilled mackerel was delicious. However, they didn't bring enough potatoes to her.
One more question. I hope the management reads it. There are Khinkali with mushrooms on the menu. Where does it say that these are mushrooms with cheese? I'm fasting, I don't eat dairy products. Khinkali turned out to be with cheese. Thanks for helping break the fast. What if a person is lactose intolerant? Are you ready to take responsibility if he gets sick? Get fixed, fix the menu, train the staff to talk about the composition.

We organized a Khinkalny tour in Minsk and our favorite is here.
The lamb in the Chacapuli is soft, the dish is generally very well done (there was one gristle, but it did not spoil the impression at all)
The khinkali is neat, the meat inside is textured, juicy and in a balance of seasonings.
Well, what else can I say? We'll come in whenever we want.

I really liked everything! The food was very tasty, salad and khinkali were quickly brought. The waiter was polite and attentive. He offered delicious wine, hot sauce (which I wanted), and cleaned the dishes on time. A cozy place on such a spacious food court. I will definitely come back again.

I didn't want to write a review, but I decided that maybe someone could save themselves from a negative impression on a wonderful evening. In general, I will not find much fault with the service, the girl is young and still learning to work, the lack of ice in the juice and water did not particularly mar our evening, unlike the disgusting raw and hard champignons with baked cheese, poorly mixed minced meat in khinkali with lamb (it was one thing that came across with so much pepper that the eyes on the forehead they climbed) , raw eggplant rolls with eggplant and tasteless filling in them (too many walnuts, but maybe this is their national dish, in any case, garlic is very specific, at first it is not felt, and then it just burns a lot).Ojakhuri with pork is also about nothing, as if yesterday's was warmed up, we also took a barbecue with us, ate at home, generally delicious, the meat is soft, but do not expect the aroma of smoke, as on a barbecue. They also took red wine, homemade more or less, and churchkhela was normal.In general, for 150 rubles. it was possible to go to a normal restaurant and enjoy delicious food ... I do not recommend it…

Total disappointment! We won't come here anymore! We went to eat with our family. My daughter wanted to order khinkali with cheese and chicken and tarragon, but it wasn't there. I had to order what I had. I ordered trout, my husband chicken and khachapuri in Adjarian style. They told me to wait 30-35 minutes, even though less than half of the tables were occupied. After 25 minutes, the chicken and trout arrived. It's a pity that I didn't take a picture of this sad sight. On the plate was a small piece of trout floating in a creamy gravy, and on the second plate were two small boneless thighs also in a creamy gravy. You take the khinkali in your hand by the tail, and the dough breaks… Khachapuri arrived in 40 minutes. Don't set foot in there anymore!

Next time you need to look at reviews about such places. We ordered 2 sets of khinkali , they said there would be an order in 25 minutes . As a result , we met the deadline in 40 minutes , and it felt like we were cooling down for 20 minutes, barely warm . Then they caught, let's say, an officer to pay the bill, and no one came up, left the required amount and left.
As for the food, the khinkali themselves seemed to be the same, although they specially took a set to try different fillings. Well, to taste it, it would be tastier to buy and eat a pack of dumplings than this similarity in Khinkali ...
I didn't like the place, the service is terrible and the food is too... I don't recommend it!!!!

There is no menu for children. Oh well. The whole family wanted to eat. The child asked for French fries. OK, we bought it at the food court in a nearby cafe. The admin in front of the child just kicked us out for this (or rather, she tried to). You can't have your own food. Quite absurd in this case. It was just a bag of potatoes.
It was possible to explain this more clearly and not cause a tragedy.
In general, the food is delicious, the admin is so-so.

We went to this Khinkalny earlier, everything was fine. We came this time, the khachapuri is terrible, burnt, the yolk is completely rolled up, the cheese does not stretch. We waited long enough, apparently we forgot about our order, and so it happened, the plates were on the counter for a long time. The waiter just threw the plates on the table. We won't come any more, we recommend visiting somewhere else.
