It all started well. Ordered for the evening. Birthday. On the morning of this day, the restaurant called back and offered to order cold dishes in advance. Logically. But then ...
Earlier we were in an institution with a completely similar design at a different address and there the employees themselves offered to solemnly present the birthday boy with a cake brought with them and handed it over, very beautifully, with lights, music and good wishes. Here they immediately and shamelessly refused, putting us in an idiotic situation with an already purchased cake.
In this institution, the menu is similar, but the portions are microscopic. Both ordered khinkali turned out to be empty, without broth. My son was very upset.
The pork and vegetables turned out to be very dry and tough, and even the potatoes in it seemed to be not fresh, but frozen semi-finished products.
Khachapuri is just not liked by anyone.
Glasses with kvass are a separate problem. They splash the contents in the face and on the chest. Everyone has. Their hydrodynamics is strange...
the staff is very unhurried. 15 minutes after our arrival, he did not come to take the order... He was standing nearby, staring at the computer.
Well, for a snack, the next morning, a 70+year old pensioner and a 14-year-old child showed signs of poisoning or rotavirus. Moreover, they live in different apartments and only a cafe connected them...
One advantage is inexpensive, but it's not worth it...
I was in the institution once, when the hall was almost empty, they brought very cold and tasteless khachapuri, the desire to re-visit the institution disappeared.
This time it was worse, the service was long, although the tables were occupied at five o'clock, there were five along with mine. As a result, the kharcho warmed unevenly (apparently in the microwave) managed to cool down to a slightly warm state, the khinkali when they were brought had time to cool down and the dough absorbed all the sauce that should be inside. And I could understand this state of affairs with a tight fit, but when I made an order, besides me, four more tables were occupied, two were sitting at two, one girl and one company of four women, mine was the fifth and I was alone, well, that is, not to say that the waiters were on the break. The order was accepted when I already started pulling my hand like a schoolboy, about 15 minutes after I sat down and the menu was brought. Previously, upon arrival, I went there and ordered home every other day, now I went to Minsk once in two weeks and did not want to anymore.
They cook well. It's crowded in the evening. The most comfortable time to visit is lunch. It's delicious, the portions are large. Order carefully. You don't have to eat everything. Not a bad homemade wine.
It's a great place, the food is very tasty and satisfying and the prices are reasonable. It is better to book a table in advance in the evening with a lot of visitors.
Good khinkalnya, convenient location. It's nice that there is a fixed-price lunch menu, but this menu has become more similar to the dining room: sausages do not fit into my vision of a Georgian lunch)
But still a very affordable price for 3 dishes.
Friends complained about the quality of the food for delivery or takeaway, but I have never used this service.
And the food in the hall is delicious and varied.
On the evening of June 6, we visited this institution. We live next door in a residential area and this is one of those places that our family visits. And before, there were no complaints about cooking
there were no dishes for service in the cafe. The son traditionally ordered one of the khachapuri dishes in Adjarian, the dish was brought quickly, but the dough was not baked, or rather it was baked only from above, the son cut off several pieces and when he was convinced that the dish was still raw, we invited the waiter and asked to change the dish.Imagine our surprise when the manager girl came up to us and insisted that everything was fine and this was such a dish. We made several slices from different sides and explained that the choice was not accidental and we order khachapuri in this place all the time and we understand the difference between raw dough and a ready-made dish. At the end of the debate, we were offered either to replace the dish or not to include it in the receipt . We asked to change the dish, the manager agreed , but when she left, she said that the dish would be the same anyway . The new order was brought by another waiter, the dish was already prepared correctly. There was no apology from the manager, and the staff, led by the manager, began to come in and inspect our meal. Such rudeness is simply surprising.
Tasty and affordable. Excellent set meals for 9 rubles, the portions are very large. Pleasant atmosphere, good staff. The only thing is, it's better to book for the evening, since the place is very popular and there may not be a table available.
Delicious food, they don't always bring it quickly, but you don't have to wait long. There are almost no disadvantages. One of those places that you periodically want to return to.
Today, the dining complex is several times smaller than last week. Apparently optimization ...
but otherwise everything is good, tasty and interesting.
It's delicious every other time. We are talking about hinkals from which the broth is periodically poured out when you turn it over, although this should not be the case! So it is about khachapuri. But it really happens very tasty every other time, so three 🌟🌟🌟
It is delicious, sometimes it takes a long time to wait in the evenings, as many people come and in large companies. But it's always very juicy, the guys try their best. The waiters are responsive and helpful)
We went to this khinkalnaya, the service of the best khachapuri, etc. of the pies are very tasty. But the khinkali themselves are that disgusting, undercooked dough from the lowest grade of flour, minced meat is the cheapest that can be. There is practically no broth. We asked the officer: " what kind of minced meat is used in khinkali " - beef answered us. Being once again in Minsk, I did not set foot in this institution.
Good cuisine.
It is better to take khinkali to order, not those on the lunch menu.

Two reviews are needed for such establishments
The first is the kitchen
Everything is as delicious as possible, it is clear that the chef has been working for more than one day. Khinkali is not torn, khachapuri with stretching cheese. The lunch menu is just TOP
The second is the staff in the hall
Oh, I don't even know where to start(
The waiters at least start SMILING! Please, just once. Please wish a pleasant appetite, and do not just put the food on the edge of the table with a dissatisfied face and leave!
Please learn how to make a "Check-back", ask the guests "did you like everything? "or "was everything delicious?"
Especially with chefs like yours.
The most important thing is that the admins of the guys are the same. I discuss my daily problems with the guests, which the guest should know about at all.
Either everyone needs to be trained, or the entire staff needs to be changed!
Result:
The guys in the kitchen are handsome, it's a pity that your colleagues spoil the overall impression of the restaurant 5/5
Waiters and admins - start following the minimum rules of work in the restaurant and do not let your colleagues down 1/5
Terrible service! I ordered a large khachapuri, it was brought with cheese dough inside from all sides!!! The egg was given cold!! It doesn't taste good! I'll attach a photo and it's not cheese or cottage cheese, it's raw dough!
At the time of the visit, the food was completely tasteless. The company of four people once again made sure that in this network of establishments the food differs in quality and taste not only between cafes but also in one cafe. From super tasty to not wanting to finish eating. Khachapuri in Ajarian, guruli, khinkali, tea. Everything was tasteless. Relatively low prices save the situation a bit.
Awesome khinkalnaya!it was very tasty, the staff was responsive, the order was delivered quickly, which surprised me...Min 15 and we've already eaten!lunch for two adults and a child cost 45 rubles!I recommend it!
A quiet and peaceful environment, delicious food, there will definitely be no heartburn. I think everyone will find something for themselves. I recommend it to everyone to visit.
It takes a very long time to wait for a pickup order (possibly due to weekend congestion. But then you need to specify that the order will not be ready in 40 minutes, but in 1.5 hours)
The place is not bad, the staff is friendly, the menu is not big. I do not recommend soups. Khinkali scored a solid C, Lula was impressed with five straight points.
Good service, prices are pleasant, the dishes are huge and delicious. We took 2 sets for a mixed company of 7 people. We were full, satisfied and took it with us))) There is entertainment for children: bizidomik and quite interesting toys in it. We will be happy to visit again, or even two)))
It's a great place. A cozy atmosphere.Delicious food. We always celebrate holidays and just come with our family for lunch, lunch. The waiting time depends on the number of people.
A very nice cozy place. Proper location of the places, good friendly staff. Delicious Georgian cuisine. There are lunch menus. The ordered amount of khinkali doubles before 17 o'clock.
Convenient location, very polite and qualified waiters, plenty of seating, interesting interior. Slightly isolated seats and music allow you to experience even the fact that there may be small and noisy children nearby. The dishes are prepared quite quickly (at a time when there are a lot of visitors).
