So, we go into a restaurant with a friend and WOW, we are greeted by Sasha (the name of one of the dolls), a waitress with incredibly similar facial features, very beautiful, but no longer a doll, but a friendly, smiling and sociable girl, Sulya, if I remember correctly. There was no cheese flavor in the cheese soup, only the yellow color. The tinctures all taste like cheap vodka. The burger (wachburger) had a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard instead of the signature sauce. There is a noticeable trend in khinkalni, when in different establishments that the service and the food are completely different. Khinkali here are tasteless, as if they were even undercooked. The administrator needs to be searched all over the hall. I ordered dessert, which I was waiting for more than my friends for their hot dishes. Everyone ate, but I didn't get my dessert. In general, I do not advise going to this khinkalnya .

For a long time I wanted to get acquainted with Georgian cuisine and today I succeeded.
Of the advantages :
1. Delicious food. Khinkali came in particular (fragrant spices, delicious filling, gracious appearance).
2. Democratic prices.
3. Pleasant atmosphere.
4. Friendly staff.
5. The waiters know the menu and are ready to recommend a particular dish.
Of the cons :
Insufficient quality service. This is manifested in the fact that after the end of the order, the waiter does not duplicate it to visitors (unfortunately, this defect occurs in many establishments).
Bottom line: a place where you want to return. Georgian cuisine has become one of my favorites.

I went to have a snack with my colleagues. The attitude of the staff left much to be desired initially, the Administrator, without offering an empty seat, defiantly threw the menu on the table and left, the waiters did not seem to interact with each other, came up one by one. We ordered khachapuri in Adjarian and Khinkali
Khachapuri had a solid dough with a minimum amount of filling, after asking why there was such a difference between the declared dish on the menu and the cooked one, it was said that everything corresponds to the gram and there should be no complaints. Despite the same types of khinkali, the sizes of the dish wanted to leave the best, they were completely without broth and fillings were also added minimally, it seemed that the dough was the priority of cooking the dish, the second portion, in principle, was brought cold.
The administrator's appearance is sporty, which is generally unacceptable for the administrator's work.

We decided to have dinner with friends in honor of my birthday at this institution on October 19. We pre-ordered the "birthday" set. I was immediately shocked by the cold dishes: a vegetable plate - half a cucumber, half a tomato and half a pepper, a meat plate: a cheap salad, five pieces of dried meat, and a few more pieces of sausage, the rest is onions, just pickled onions on a board with "meat", a plate of pickles : one sour tomato cut into 8 For example, one sour cucumber , cabbage and a few cloves of garlic , 150 g of phali taste disgusting. This is all from the cold, the set, according to the institution, is designed for 8-9 people, so far there were 8 of us. They put us in front of the exit to the street, it was cold and not cozy, the doors were constantly opening. We could have been warned about this, we were with children, I would not have agreed to such a landing. After the first toast, there is no food left, no one is in a hurry to carry the hot stuff, in principle, no one is interested in us. Empty plates and napkins are not removed from the table. A vase for flowers was not offered, my husband went to inspect the vase, accidentally heard our table being "discussed" by the waiters in an obscene form. Regarding the "birthday" set, I do not advise ordering, the gram package is minimal, and I even doubt that it is met, for 8-9 people, as the institution declares, it will not be enough. We ordered a lot more.
In general, I can write a lot more, but I want to say: comrades, the service staff, you have not heard a single bad word from us, but you have spoiled the whole holiday with your service, or rather your complete indifference to visitors. The impressions of the establishment are negative , and this is the opinion of all those present yesterday .
The only thanks to the boy with glasses, who took out the cake and lifted the mood a little, I left you a tip.
