Today (04/26/2024) I was at the Gastrofest in Khinkalna. Disgusting! (I compare it with last year) Soup is colored water with seasonings, one piece of potato and rare meat fibers. (it's not about meat and potatoes) The broth is disgusting! Khachapuri:we decided to make it cheaper-we stuffed it with twisted offal... Brr... Meat is just long-lived pieces .... Sandwiches with spreads:beetroot - it doesn't taste good at all! And the rest is the same story ..... Khinkalnya is "losing ground" on its own and, moreover, absolutely! I will not advise ANYONE! ZERO POINTS!!!

Terrible khinkali , the filling is only spices , the dough is incorrectly cooked, the tails are crooked , the soups are excellent as well as hot , we tried matsoni , coffee , all kinds of khinkali ( it would be better not to try ) , 2 soups and hot , everything is super , but khinkali and service ... the waiter did not bring a spoon when serving soup, they asked several times to clean up dirty dishes . It was the first time. Apart from the long wait for the order (khachapuri and khinkali about 40 minutes), everything is at a good level. A pleasant thematic setting. I was celebrating my doctor there. The staff is very polite, especially the waiters. The food is delicious. The waiting time for serving is 25-40 minutes, depending on the complexity of the preparation. The interior is pleasant. The food was very tasty, the kebab was very tender. A rather pleasant homemade wine. It's nice that it's semi-dry. The only disadvantage of the establishment is that it is very noisy due to the large number of people. As it is, everything is very cool. We will definitely return there again!

I came to the gastrofest and was very disappointed. The only thing that was delicious was a pork kebab and khachapuri. The weight stated in the advertisement differs from reality. The cook also has a problem with the sense of taste and proportion with spices. I do not recommend this institution!!!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! FOOD is my subjective opinion, of course, but this is not Georgia, it is rather a parody of Georgian cuisine. There are not enough spices in the dishes, the spices that are present in the dishes are the same and therefore everything seems monotonous (and by the way, here we ate khinkali boiled, fried, lula, khachapuri, ajajuli ...) The staff seems to be there, it's not clear why the sticky tables are. Serving dishes is sooooooo long. The entourage usually has hats, but they did not take photos in the hat, it is unclear whether they are processed with something or not. Judging by the visitor, they bypass not a single head, but I did not observe any removable bags or processing after using the cap by a person(I definitely won't come here a second time.

We visited the restaurant of this chain in Minsk and were delighted. We decided to go to Gomel, and as a result, the dissatisfied left. Standing to take a table is a "scoop" of some kind...people crowd at the entrance next to the chewing, literally, at arm's length visitors..unpleasant. The second thing that angered, the waiters do not even say that there are some promotional dishes - they got to the time of the gastrofest. It was possible to both voice and suggest... not everyone knows..it's kind of piggy...The food is very mediocre...We won't go any more, but yes..I forgot about the cold from constantly opening the front door..very poorly thought out...
