I go there often, but yesterday I was very disappointed with this place. They didn't immediately want to sit at the same table with a girl who was already finishing eating. Then I had to wait for the menu, then I was told that my order would have to wait 40 minutes. Although the hall in the institution is half empty. I ordered grilled vegetables, thighs in sauce and 50 cognac. What to fry there for 40 minutes is not clear. When finally the thighs were brought to me, but neither the vegetables nor the skate were brought, my patience ran out. I called the waiter and said that I would like to eat and drink everything I ordered. In the end, I waited for almost an hour. It's a shame and the mood is spoiled. And I came to eat well in a pleasant place. It was a double shame when I noticed that the young girls were served for 20 minutes. In general, they ruined my first day of vacation. At least the food was delicious.Respect to the cook.

We have been to the institution itself more than once in the Momo shopping center and every time, both during the week and on weekends, the waiting time for an Order is at least 60 minutes!!!I would like to improve the service precisely by the time of the order for the institution itself, and not for delivery, as the staff says again!!!! Despite the fact that the workload of the hall was constantly No more than 30-40%!We have never waited so long for an order at any other point in Minsk, although we visit it every other day… Please take into account!!!!

The impression is twofold. We went in to have a quick meal, and ended up sitting for about 1.5 hours. The waiter came up to us to take the order only 15 minutes later. Khinkali waited endlessly for a long time - just all 1.5 hours. Moreover, the people who came after us brought the same khinkali faster.
In terms of food: khinkali and dolma are beyond praise, and my husband's kharcho was very salty.
Such an assessment is a tribute to the cook, but because of such slow service, we are unlikely to visit this particular restaurant again.

Very badly spoiled are not interested in customers at all! There are reserved signs on the tables almost everywhere and always, and even if the customers who booked the table come in a couple of hours later, they do not give them a chance to eat at it! When boarding, they say that they will wait all 40 minutes, although they bring it faster! There are always a lot of things missing from the menu and they may not tell you about it right away, but only after half an hour! The quality of the food seems to be good so far! Something like that!

It is better to book a table in advance if you want a sofa with a good view outside the window. But there was always a place without armor. The dishes are not brought immediately, because they are prepared just for you, and they are not taken out of the refrigerator. There is an excellent homemade wine that you can buy with you. Today we came with a small child, we were provided with a high chair, at my request. I'm feeding the baby and at some point the high chair just breaks, the back flies off and the child falls on the tile with the back of his head.
We wanted to spend a pleasant evening with our family, but we went by ambulance to do a CT scan of the child's brain. As a result, a concussion. Thanks to the management for taking such care of the children.

I don't think khinkali (10 pieces) are cooked for more than an hour. I don't say anything about the administrator at all, the girl absolutely doesn't care, there are visitors, there are none (I talked and communicated with someone 24/7 on my phone), a young couple came after us, who waited 5 minutes for the waiter to approach them and they would make an order, of course the couple left. Yesterday, on 31.08, at around 16.00, they came to have a snack with their husband with their favorite dishes. We took a table, no one came up to us for 10 minutes.Then, having "caught" a waiter's girl running past, they asked for a menu. She warned that she would have to wait up to an hour.
To which I told her: "OK, we will choose and place an order very quickly now, please do not run far away" Within three minutes we decided, but no one came up to us.About 15 minutes later, another girl came up and with a dissatisfied face said that she would have to wait for at least 1 hour and 20 minutes.(and we've already spent about 30 minutes waiting for service)Hungry and angry, we naturally refused to wait for such a lot of time.The official was quite satisfied with this. It's not the first time I've visited this place in Momo. Very good menu, serving options. Even in the fiercest heat, the guys work very fast. It's delicious, juicy and there's enough of everything!
